Everyone was nice. no problems. The staff are very nice. i wish i could live here. it was so nice.it was peaceful. good time. so much to do. I went to a Chicago Fire game, and i had a lot fun. This is well worth it. dang i wish i lived there.
Hotel room was so disappointing. Trim from inside the entry door was missing which leaves a gap. Carpet not clean. Room looked old and needed renovating badly. Was told they had WiFi but could not get it to work. Room didn’t look comfortable to stay in. We checked in and checked out within minutes.
Nice staff. a "quickie" type motel. Mirrors on the ceiling and sperm on it. The TV was primarily for hard core porn. I think it was free. I just wanted to check out the weather. No where to hang clothes. Mold. No safety bar in the bath tub which was a huge step. especially getting out. No rug on the floor. which made it difficult and down right dangerous to step out of the tub A Big safety issues. Once out of the shower I needed to step into shoes. A wet floor and street shoes equal MUD. The towels were "24 hour fitness" or that is what the monogram stated. They should have been discarded. Glad I bring my own. TripAdvisor website stated that there were only "two" rooms left and that they were the cheapest price. The persons who came behind me paid 2/3 of what I paid. The desk person stated that I paid nearly 50% more and they had rooms available on the day I checked in and out.
Hi my name is cheryl my husband and I always while in town stay at this motel we love it the location is great everything is accessible to us restaurant's midway airport, the staff is very nice and helpful we love the king size suites very spacious and comfortable and cozy out of all the motels on Cicero this is the best!! ,
downtown Chicago so I ended staying here and it was great! The property is older but it is kept up to great standards. My room was spotless and up to date . The room was quite large compared to the downtown properties. Internet was great! Breakfast in the dining room was outstanding! You can watch a real chef cook your food through the large glass window.
I wouldn't stay here again by choice. It was a last minute we HAVE to have a room decision. We bought we had booked a room for the night at the MDW Center, but we didn't. We paid $190 for our room. Everywhere was sold out.... There were all sorts of rules posted on the glass window barrier. No prostitution. No drugs. No illegal activity. You could rent rooms for hours.... Yikes. The lady was very nice. Several people were in our boat of they just needed a place to sleep. We ended up with a "smoking" room. Although, we didn't smell smoke in it. No coffee maker. No hair dryer. No elevators. Good in a pinch, but not even my 100th choice.
Old, not very well maintained place . No breakfast, or coffee. The shower is small And the water temperature alters unexpectadly. No shampoo is given. There are plenty of places around to eat and shop. You can find better places for the same price
