General Policies:



Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please

include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your

inquiry.



Local Guest Policy – Local guests may book only with prior approval. Parties,

gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized

reservations may be canceled.



Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full

duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone

else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.



Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all

posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps

like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.



City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living. Earplugs are available

for your use.

Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following

rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a

refund.



1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.

3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.

4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.

5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.

6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.

7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.

* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.

* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.

* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.

Was not adequately cleaned

This place wasn't adequately cleaned. To the naked eye it looked fine but after some time you'll notice. Stepped in shower and it felt gritty(no removable showerhead so you can assume how they are actually cleaning the shower). Found two long brown hairs in shower and one blonde hair when i took my socks off. There was a piece of dried food on the TV remote. Only stayed because I didn't want to have to figure out another spot but I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Hotels are better for this, at least they focus on hospitality, this felt like people trying to make a buck, towels felt hard, soap felt diluted, didn't lather well. Also keep eye on charges if you actually still do it, they charge some 'admin fee' and damage waiver. There were some cracks in the tile but I assume reg wear and tear. Overall it wasn't great for the cost-focused person that could overlook hairs and stains(I was like that in my early 20's just wanting to travel and didn't care much about where I was sleeping), I think it would work, you're close to the Blue line so direct to ORD but still I care more about comfort and cleanliness now, I don't want to see remains from previous renters...
