We needed a hotel close to our event with a breakfast option. CS fit the bill. The breakfast was simple: scrambled eggs, meat, and Belgian waffles .. option for strong coffee from the coffee machine .. staff was very friendly
Needed 6 day/nights in one location near children (and newborn grand son). This place fit the bill in spades! Clean, comfortable, location at a reasonable price. Owner-occupied and cooperation (needed extra blanket - outside temp in the teens!) and communication were superb. Expectation was low; ...
Though we only stood one night we were immediately impressed by the Goodwin. We love the ambience and decor. Our room was quite comfortable and well decorated! We were initially in a room across a "rowdy" group, we called downstairs and without hesitation they changed our rooms, and unfortunately ...
Not sure if sheets were changed, got bug bites all across my lower back from either the bed or mangy recliner in room. I have stayed there many times over the last 6 or 7 years under different owners and Hotel names. Was terrific the first several years and gradually got worse. They also have changed ...
Old hotel definitely needs upgrade .stained ceilings old rotted wood on door jambs .first room 2nd fl smoking was horrible but that was only available room. First fl non smoking room much better .staff very nice breakfast was very good although a little variety would be nice .same options every day.all in all not bad for the price
Greatstay friendly staff.. had issue as requested king bed , we got 2 queen but was fine.
We checked in at around midnight after a nearby concert. Desk staff was attentive, room was gorgeous, breakfast was amazing. Overall great experience, wished we weren't just passing through!
I enjoyed my weekend at the Hyatt House. The staff was nice as were the hotel amenities. My first room had to be changed because the heat wasn’t working, but that got resolved quickly. The only inconsistency from the hotel’s online description is that the made-to-order breakfast is currently not available (and I was not given an answer on how long that service is suspended), which I definitely found to be a disappointment.
