We had a fine 2 night stay during our time in Chattanooga. Location was great. Stairs are fine as long as you don’t have any disabilities. Beds are comfy. Place was clean. Our hot water went out early on the 2nd day and we reached out to the property owner. Communication was difficult. There were hours between responses and I had to prompt the owner to respond to me. We didn’t have access to hot water for the last 24 hours of our stay and we didn’t receive an apology, refund, or credit for any of that.I do believe if we wouldn’t have had that problem, it would have been a good overall stay. It just so happens that we were an outlier in a typical great place to rent. When the owner was doing the cleaning, he asked about a damaged table at the rental that we knew nothing about; blamed us for some burn marks and some potential damage to the wood. At the end, the owner still refunded our damage deposit, so I don’t really know where it concluded. Like I said, there wasn’t much communication with us once a problem was mentioned. I would recommend the place as long as problems don’t arise.
