Property was great. Loved having a garage bc it rained a lot. Very thoughtful furnishings and very comfy beds. Small notes that didn’t bother us but host night consider…the bar stools are falling apart and the garage door tracks need some grease.

The place was very comfortable. Clean and beds very comfortable. We were there with our daughter and granddaughter for the 4 bridges half marathon so came a few days early to explore Chattanooga. So nice to come back in evenings and able to cook our own dinners and sit around and relax. Loved being able to sit on the upstairs back deck in the evenings.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It’s in a great, central location, and we really appreciated having access to the garage—even though there was plenty of street parking available. The unit itself was very well appointed; we loved that we didn’t need to pack soap or shampoo for the showers. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, glasses, and everything we needed.Check-in was a breeze, and any questions we had were quickly answered by Attila and Mary. Their responsiveness made the experience even better.I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone visiting Chattanooga!

We recently stayed at this property during our visit to the Lookout Mountain area, & overall, it was a great experience. The location is very convenient—about 20 minutes from popular attractions. The owners were incredibly accommodating & offered recommendations for local dining and sightseeing, which really enhanced our trip. The apartment itself is lovely—clean, & includes a garage, which was a nice perk. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, including coffee pods & tea, which was a thoughtful touch. There are a few things to note for future guests, especially for older travelers or those with mobility issues. There’s a sizable flight of stairs to reach the main living area and another to access the second bedroom. The bed on the main floor is a bit tall, though there is a step, which helped. The tub/shower on the main floor is also quite high, and I found it a little tricky to get in & out without a handle for support. There is a walk-in shower upstairs that may be more accessible for some. One minor thing we noticed was that there is only one TV, located in the living room. It would have been nice to have a TV in the bedrooms for winding down in the evenings, but this certainly didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment. This was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again if we're in the area. The few limitations are not dealbreakers-- just things to keep in mind for guests with similar concerns.

8/10 Good

Very clean . To be noted technically three stories. Parking for us was a challenge as every morning someone parked right behind the garage door in a narrow pull it. We’re given four towels total for 6 night stay (offered some when asked but unfortunately the offer was the next day -the day before check out and we had plans and weren’t comfortable with not being there.) if you cook with exception of salt/pepper and some utensils no pantry supplies present. This is not in the best area nor really close to anything but was close to where our group was at so served it purpose. Good beds, good ac, and not loud so a win for us.

This VRBO was fantastic! Very clean and spacious and is practically brand new. Located near the historic Engel Stadium, you get a great view of the city. Both bathrooms were well stocked and the kitchen had everything we needed for a three-night stay. The beware incredibly comfortable as well! We will be recommending this Mary and Atilla’s place to future Chattanooga visitors.
