The apartment it self was nice and cozy until you see the roaches. My family and I left early because of it. The directions were not accurate and the ability to get into the apartment was difficult. While trying to find the correct building we saw that the breezeways of the buildings were littered and nasty. I rather deal with a hotel than this.

The unit we had was very clean and I had no complaints. It is definitely a different experience to rent a whole apartment as if I was a new tenant, but it was cool. I was able to access the amenities on the apartment complex and had access to a maintenance team in case something went wrong. The "application" process is a little extra in my opinion but I guess the apartment complexes the Landing companies use certainly have a bit more of a liability requirement since they have tenants and not just all short term guest.
