The check-in person was very nice and helpful. the bathroom floor could have been cleaned better. A contential breakfast would hve been nice, like advertised not a grab & go.

Bed was a little to firm for my taste, and the bathroom door needed some WD40.

Place has bed bugs, the girls that initially helped with the issue was nice. No manager was ever available to talk with about the issue and the other front desk people had no clue. Needed to print some paperwork and wasn't able to because management wasn't there. Overall service sucked.

Very clean and Very spacious and the kitchen was a plus! It was like staying in an apartment. We were in town for my sons wedding so getting ready with a lot of room was very helpful I loved staying here and I will be back I give it 5 stars !!

The hotel was nice and clean. The only problem was the tub disnt drain right. A 20 minute shower produced about a foot of water to stand in.

Honestly, my waking nightmare would be to have an Extended Stay at this Extended Stay hotel! It was pretty dreary. While my expectations were pretty low going in, I was still disappointed. The towels seemed recycled from the local prison and could double for toilet paper. The fridge in our room leaked and I was afraid to open it. The room has little ants marching on the bathroom counter (and subsequently in my dreams). As for "amenities" the smallest bar of soap and shampoo I have ever seen. And who, in 2016, has hair dryers at the front counter instead of the room? Now, they were nice enough to bring me the dryer to the room when I discovered, post shower, that they were kept under lock and key. Oh, and don't try to hang up your stuff; the hangers must be a coveted item because they are stored at reception too! The funniest thing, I must say, was that the wonderfully sardonic woman behind the counter was a dead ringer for Kathy Bates from American Horror Story Hotel. Well, perhaps not funny as much as .... scary!

Loved the kitchen to cook for friends, close to everything you would want to do.

hotel was easy to locate with a visible sign from interstate. plenty of easy parking was close and available. easy access stops at 11pm so may not be friendly to night owls or late partiers. in room coffee was limited. satisfied overall and would stay there again.

Overall I gave it 4 stars as it does NOT have a swimming pool. I figured as much as I paid for the room, a pool would have been available. Amenities and location: The amenities worked very well in my room and they were clean. The location was wonderful – very close to everything; food places and the mall for tons of shopping. Cleanliness: As far as cleanliness, the room was very clean when I arrived. I stayed a week there but no one came to change out the towels or see if we needed any other items. I had to physically take all of the dirty towels down to the front desk or find a housekeeper and ask for clean towels and other bathroom necessities. No one came in the clean it during my stay. Note: there was no ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door. Staff: The staff was friendly and very helpful. For some reason I ended up in a smoking room when I requested a nonsmoking room. They were very helpful with trying to switch the rooms over but the smoking rooms weren’t that bad – so I stayed in that room. Value: I think I might have paid a little too much for the room since there was no swimming pool. Overall it was affordable for the length of stay. I’d stay again there next time I go out of town. It’s a nice place to stay.

OK room if your not to picky. Non smoking room smelled like smoke, bed very firm but clean a bit expensive for what you get. One and a half star at best.

My room smelled like smoke and the front staff was very nice, but hey were often sitting in be side and didn't notice when I can to the frot desk. One time I even saw tem sitting off to the side texting. There are no "extras" at this hotel and your room doesn't even get cleaned unless you stay there over 7 days or pay extra. If you're just looking for a place to sleep with no extras, this place is fine.

The motel was sufficient for our needs. The refrigerator is a good appliance to have handy.

Recent three night stay over graduation weekend. Room was very clean, staff friendly. Shower was fantastic, hot and strong water flow (one of my pet peeves at hotels are shower heads that just dribble out water). Nice to have a kitchenette, used the fridge and toaster every day. Plenty of towels provided although they were rather small. Bring your own shampoo, etc and hair dryer. Only amenities in room are soap and iron and ironing board. Lack of full length mirror was inconvenient. TV was pretty small. Mattress was comfortable and room was quiet, no car noise filtered in from parking lot. I was overall very happy with my stay.

wonderful stay ..clean and comfortable..great location.staff was very helpful and made my stay pleasant...safe place and the price was very reasonable..best price in the area..no more then 4 blocks from hwy74...not many amenities and thats what keeps the price low..but then again you will get a fridge ..coffee in the room ..it will be the little things not provided like..shampoo,and hand cream..also bring your own bar soap..they do provide it but they are rather small..If you are on a budget its the place to stay.
