I had stayed here before. It was a decent stay. This time, the room was dirty when I checked in (stains on the door, food particles on carpet). They did not take out the trash for two days when I was there, had to tell the manager. I stayed 3 nights, and received 1 piece of soap for the entire stay. They staff came every day but did not put more shampoo/conditioner as well. I was working whole day and forgot to ask. While checking out I asked for an email receipt, did not get it. Do not book this place if you can afford.

Dirty rooms, dead bugs and a horrible smell.

Clean but not updated. I spent $300 for one night. Pretty outrageous price for a two star hotel.

This property is definitely not worth the money. They charged $279 for one night- property is at best a low to mid level motel. Though they say it a smoke free property, there is an unmistakable odor of smoke in the room and some of the items in the room were yellowed. The water pressure was horrible in the shower. There was paint peeling. mattresses were very soft- appeared to be quite old. If you are comparing this to a Red Roof Inn- you're in the right ballpark. This is a cheap property that should be charging less than $149/night for what you receive.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Checkin was good. Price was teasonable. Will stay there again. Decent cold breakfast. No complaints.

Very nice! Breakfast closes too soon on Sunday. Thats all I want to say but they are making me say more.....?

This particular location was clean and comfortable

Only negative was that they did not have all of the channels available on their TV service. (Specifically the BTN network in a B1G campus city)

Husband and i had been traveling for 17 hrs straight when we stayed. Veey glad we had no issues. The service great, booked through orbitz at last minute, services and facility was very clean. The bed was a little firm but still comfortable. Room was very clean , no bad oders. Neighborhood seemed safe , full of businesses for all your needs. Overall, very happy with safe.

The beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and everything is very clean. The only real negative is that we could hear the person in the room next to us talking until 1:00 in the morning.

Was fine for our needs for U of I graduation .......................

This hotel is very run down and in need of some major updating. The breakfast was subpar and the rooms are small and not very nice. We were glad to leave. Everything seemed depressing. Staff wasn't very friendly at check in.

Bed was soft in middle and could feel the springs - hallways smelled of smoking. Non smoking building. Sheets stained and had hair on them.

free breakfast was expansive! Great biscuits n gravy!
