The property was located in great area. Restaurants, shopping, etc. I did not like that the towels were stained, the shower didnt not drain, the dishes were not clean. Kitchen tile broken. This olace has potential but needs deep cleaning, make sure sheets washed and dried.

Positives: We liked the location away from the tourist areas, quiet, and parking right in front. The unit is well equipped for an extended stay, the beds are very comfortable and the unit feels secure. It would be good for 5 or 6 people. Negatives: The air conditioner above the dining room table leaks water and the wall below is crumbling, the faucet in the bathroom is very loose, the blinds in the bedroom with the king bed are broken, the floor is very dirty throughout and really it's in need of a fresh coat of paint.

We loved this house. It had the most comfortable beds of our many stays in Mexico. Quiet location, easy to find and park. Two waterbottles for drinking for free, spices, clean kitchen. The shower was great. Our only complaint was that we could not get the internet to work. We sent a message about it but did not get a reply.

The property was very neat and clean. The owner left a lot of objects needed for our stay, and was kind enough to leave us a gift as well. I would gladly recommend this place and would love to come back again.

Excelente y servicio y comunicaciĂłn!! Muchas gracias! Me consiguieron transporte al llegar a CancĂșn aun cuando no iba al alojamiento todavĂ­a y con un buen descuento. Incluido el de regreso al aeropuerto, me apoyaron resguardando maletas desde el check out hasta que salimos al aeropuerto . Pequeño problema cuando les solicitamos transporte del hotel al alojamiento , me comentaron que no lo hacen normalmente pero que me conseguirĂ­an, el contacto nos canceló
 pero pues entiendo que no era un servicio que ellos ofrecĂ­an. EnvĂ­a todo lo necesario y espacio suficiente. Sugerencia: sillas mĂĄs fuertes o sĂłlidas, eran muy ligeras o dĂ©biles. Si se puede mejorar el flujo de l regadera. Todo muy limpio sabanas y toallas limpias y nuevas. Muy satisfecha con el servicio y excelente comunicaciĂłn y apoyo en todo momento.
