Not personable at all. We would walk past employees and they wouldn’t acknowledge. I’ve stayed at many resorts and this was by far worst customer service. The only ones that were super nice and accommodating were the ones trying to get you to sign up for vacation club. Food was great no complaints. Room service average wait was 1 hour and a half. Mini bar in room was not stocked every day.

I was there for a wedding. I went thru 5 irons and a steamer all of them leaked or didn't work. The Air conditioning didnt work. The curtains looked like someone urinated on them. Room service food took 4 hour and came after i canceled it at 1 am after i fell asleep. Mexican room service food in Mexico is terrible. We was there with a whole party and everyone complained about cleanliness and the Air conditioning in the rooms

Amazing Stay at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa – Worth It! We visited Dreams Jade Resort & Spa on July 6, 2025, and had a wonderful vacation! The resort offers a wide variety of activities for both kids and adults, so there’s never a dull moment. We booked the all-inclusive package, and it was absolutely worth it — the food was delicious and plentiful, with something for everyone. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole property was clean and beautifully maintained. One thing to note: during our stay, the beach had a lot of seaweed, which they mentioned has been an issue since March and tends to clear up around October. So if you’re planning to swim in the sea or enjoy beach activities, visiting between October and January might be better.

Great place to stay but if you’re a preferred member you do not get the best alcohol at the preferred pool and they never put out bags in our room I had to go down and get them. Other than that it was a decent stay!

Excellent food and service. The room and bathroom were a good size and always clean. Check-in and check-out were quick. In my opinion, there's a lack of daytime entertainment for pre-teens and teens, especially sports. I had to call reception at 1 a.m. because of excessive noise in the hallway, and after three attempts, no one answered. Overall, I recommend.

The property was easy to get around. Food options or good, but not up to quality of other dream properties could not go in the ocean see grass was bad not even sure if season we would’ve been able to go in not a place for beach goers. Preferred club lounge was way too small not worth the extra money although the preferred pool was the best. The other pool was very crowded.

I would have loved to had more of Mexican style foods. I have stayed at many resorts and we had more options! The private dining was ok! Staff was kindof short and rude! We loved our waiter Edwin in the cafeteria hall! He was great! The spa Olga was fantastic with my 6 yr old for hair appt! The management team Paulina was so helpful! The wedding team was great!!! We got married on this trip!
