The staff at Haven Riviera are amazing. It all started the minute we got to the resort. From the concierge service, to the wait staff in the restaurants and around the pool and the entertainment staff. Hands down our best trip yet. Cant wait to go back

4 th time at Haven. Great times fun and pleasure and All I can eat n drink we did! Pelicans controlling the sky and sea and iguanas controlling the ground! Safe place to be! The room was very clean. The coffee bar was not stocked daily however with clean cups. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were the best part of the stay. More lunch and breakfast options would be appreciated. Buffet for lunch 7 days in a row got old. The evening restaurant food was incredible

Haven Riviera was magnificent! My room was spotless. The maids cleaned the room in the morning and did a night turn down that included chocolates and a flower. The butler was fantastic and on point with reservations to ensure every night I ate at one of the fine restaurants on site. He even reserved an appointment for my hydrotherapy. All the staff are extremely nice and willing to assist. This was a great experience for me.
