I love our room, and the view. Our room has jacuzzi overlooking the pool and the beach. Staff is very friendly.I love that the outdoor pool is heated. You can order food delivered to your room. The kids enjoyed the activities and amenities as well. They clean the beach early, so sargassum is gone before we walk the beach. I love Coco Cafe, it's open 24 hours for snacks and non alcoholic drinks, love my dalgona coffee hot or iced. Restaurants has good food. This resort is busy with weddings. We were there for 7 nights and we seen 8 weddings all thru the week. Definitely recommend the resort.

Our stay was enjoyable. The entertainment staff was amazing. The only downside was the painting around the pool during our stay. I am not sure why this was done during one of the busiest parts of the season. It was inconvenient not to have ample seating every day because of the painting.

Rooms were clean and well stocked. The staff was wonderful and the food was amongst the best we’ve had at any all inclusive. We never had to fight for chairs by the pool or ocean. All in all it was a wonderful trip!

My husband and I spent a week at this resort. The room was spotless and spacious. The staff was superb. They were friendly and waited on us hand and foot. A special shout out to Roberto, Edder, and Julian at the Preferred pool. They always had extra towels, a table, and drinks ready for us. The food in the buffet was good, however, the food in the warming pans was never hot, just lukewarm. We especially enjoyed eating at the French and Italian restaurant. While at the hotel, my husband had a medical emergency and had to go to the hospital. The hotel doctor checked him out and the hotel transported us to the E.R. They also picked us back up the following day. The staff was very attentive and Paulina Oritz checked on my husband every day to make sure he was doing well. Although having a medical issue wasn't ideal, the hotel made us feel so comfortable and we are glad we didn't cut our vacation short.
