Room was not cleaned daily nor was the bedding linen and towels changed.
I stayed for 6 nights with my 95 year old Mother in the Double Queen Suite. It had a separate living room and dining room with kitchen. It was perfect for us. We had the freedom of two areas to live and cook. The facility is older and dated in a way, but it depends what your goal is. Our goal was the space and location.

The property is nice and very clean. The bed was very hard. You can hear a lot of noise from outside of the hotel rooms (hallways). Its a good place for the price.

Great location. During COVID there is no usual meal service or snack amenities which was disappointing. Heating systems in rooms are also not consistent and there was a lingering odor of cigarettes. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The front staff was very rude. Despite my request he knocked at the door and disturbed while sleeping. Poorest service. Npt so clean. Very loud. Bedbugs infested bedsheets! Never again place.

I loved that it had a full kitchen. However. Our accommodations could have been upgraded. We had really old flooring in the bathroom, really old wall paper, and the whole room felt moldy as there wasn’t great ventilation in the bathrooms for the moisture to escape. Staff was nice. Breakfast had good options...but I’m not picky...loved the fact they had coffee! Kids enjoyed the cookies in the evening. This place get 3 stars overall.
I liked the small courtyard where we could sit out and talk. The only thing that would make this property better is a pool :)
