Lots of close by places to enjoy. Food, bars, and night life.

Very loud room. Woken all night by loud carts banging by. And I could hear people yelling. Ended up having to change hotels because they wouldn't move us.

Clean, nice staff, you get a warm cookie when you check in . Only complaint, I can hear people outside (staff members talking) early in the morning. My room was next to cleaning person’s supply storage and that was loud.

It was an OK experience. It's a DoubleTree so you know what to expect but the stuff I didn't like: 1. My card key didn't work at first so I had to go back to get a new set 2. I didn't have a TV remote. I had to call the front desk (took 20+ rings for them to answer) and they sent someone over. I just wanted to turn the TV off so I could sleep. 3. I wanted to shower in the morning but there was no hot water...it was lukewarm at best. Individually they may not be a big deal but when you add it up, it really wasn't a good experience. They did offer a warm chocolate chip cookie though.

Friendly staff. Nice hotel. Enjoy staying here when I'm in town.

Very nice, clean and well appointed hotel with friendly staff. The king accessible room is massive and easy to maneuver in a wheelchair. It has a large jacuzzi tub and a small roll-in shower. I think the tub could you another bar along the back wall, as the existing are too far apart to reach for adequate support. I would happily pay to have one installed, just for the chance to use the tub. This will be our new get away place.

Room was really nice and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. Warm cookies at check in is a plus!

I was pleasantly surprised that I slept as well as I did because there was an 18th Birthday party happening in one of the party rooms. My room was clean, I was able to order room services, and check out with ease. If I had to complain about something it would be the air unit turning off and on in the room. I had to get use to the sound of it.

Staff was friendly & helpful upon checking in! Room was clean & comfortable with all the necessary amenities, overall relaxing!

Great location. Great places to eat and a few nice places to shop in the Pruneyard. . Walking distance to downtown Campbell. Seconds from the freeways. Rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was very accommodating.

We stayed for one night the bed was extra firm to my liking but the location was fantastic. Close to downtown and Los Gatos I would recommend it to all my friends.

I had a wonderful stay! I was in town for a wedding and found my accommodations comfortable and friendly. Close to shops and restaurants. Very clean.

This hotel was so convenient for all our needs, the shuttle to and from the airport and to the hospital was so helpful for us. The front desk staff and the shuttle driver (we had the same one every time) were so beyond nice and helpful. Restraunt food was good also. Sadly we lost our brother who we were visiting, but your hotel made us feel at home away from home. thank you! C. Core

Very nice hotel in a clean area of town with a theater, shops and lots of dining nearby. Highly recomended
