The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway. Breakfast needs improvement -by 8:30 am they already run out of bacon and no effort to refill. Just said they run out and that’s the end of it.

Not worth the money that I paid to stay there. The hallway and room were musty and not well ventilated, I have to open the window as soon as I went into the room and left it open all night.

I will never stay there again! My room, 233, was disgusting with a bath tub ring in a old and broken jacuzzi tub that that had the controller and jets removed. The bed sagged in the middle. The television signal was terrible. Wallpaper was torn and shredded in multiple places. The room was dirty, it even had a Popsicle stick and goo left behind. The furniture was defaced with many spots where someone had damaged the surface. The door lock was not secure. The first room they tried to give me (231) reeked of smoking despite their claim to be a non-smoking hotel. The hotel is at the corner of two busy intersections and it is very noisy. In short, the place is a DUMP!

Terrible experience. The lobby look good but does all you going to get. The bed is old when you sit down you will sunk in. The sheets are old. The bed cover have holes in them. The room are dirty. The furnitures are stain and out date. This is not vintage. My husband could not tolerate the conditions of the room that he end up check out of the room after 1 hour. The manager did not accommodate us in away at all.

This is a great place for the price. A little tough to find at first because of the parking, but well worth it. They had a full breakfast unlike most places that say breakfast, this place had waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, toast, it was great and right outside our room

I was visiting family, in this town I grew up in. Love the area. The room was large, and comfortable. I had a beautiful view of the Santa Cruz mountains. The fresh breakfast buffet was wonderful. Staff was very courteous, and helpful with a smile. The freeway access was perfect, only 1 block away, so intersection noise was expected, but not a problem. The upholstery could use some repair, but it did not bother me. The bed was extremely comfortable. Only suggestion: maybe remove the doors from the TV cabinet, since they blocked the walkway to bathroom. Thank-You! :)

I would recommended to anyone I love the hotel, very comfortable hotel well located , beautiful hotel inside

It was a very good experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice furnishings, cozy atmosphere and the very helpful staff.

The hotel was nice and reminded me of a southern plantation with all it's antiques. The public area was beautiful. We stayed for 5 days. The breakfast was great, offering all the foods the major chains do. There are also several places in walking distance in which to eat. My problem was that they asked me to sign a list of things, one dealing with the safety of items in your room. The sliding glass door had a lock with a lot of play in it. I asked someone I was visiting in the community to supply me with a pole to wedge in the door. The entrance, chain lock, looked like someone had tried to bust down the door. The bed was a little soft compared to what I'm used too. Not too bad though. Also, there needed to be a handle and mat in the tub area to avoid slipping. The bathroom had a nice marble vanity and the toilets were new and flushed really nifty! I would stay here again.

Location was good. Rooms were average. Not too much around the hotel except for 1 fast food restaurant.

This hotel is definitely a unique one, stayed here in order to not drive after drinking. If needed would definitely do it again.

The staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet was minimal but okay. The location was very convienent.

I will never stay at this hotel. The place was like a funeral home. It spelled like death. The front desk lady was not friendly at all. Then I left my glasses at the hotel in our room and called that night to see if they had found them and the man that answered the phone was very rude and said he would call me back to let me know if the maid had found them and hung up. Still have not received call back and I probably will not. I was very disappointed.

Clean comfortable and quiet. Just what I was looking for. The outside is a Modern plain building. Breakfast was nice. Say better than Motel 6 but not Ihop.

Was pleased with the sound insulation since it was so close to freeways. One problem was the parking access underneath hotel. Had to go around block until I could get into it. No mention of this on description. Didn't wake up in time for breakfast offering as it stops at 9:00AM. Otherwise it worked for me, esp with my travel discounts

Do yourself a favor and sleep in a park instead of this hotel. Their bed is like sleeping on springs. My lower back was crushed. Décor is from 70's. Stinky rooms with some left over trash in the rooms. Dirty linen which in addition to being filthy is also old and worn out. Horrible hotel and lousy infrastructure.

The hotel was located close to the freeway (good), but on a main street and was hard to access if going in the wrong direction. Furnishings were worn. Some doorways needed painting. One other "guest" was yelling in the hallway because they were locked out, and the hotel "security" did not address the situation promptly. Breakfast was mediocre at best and items appear to have been re-heated several times. Would not go there again.

The staff were friendly and hotel in good location. Stayed before trip out of town. Was able to leave my care there while gone.
