As long as you are just there to stay, it's fine. You don't expect any professional service we receive at the hotel. You carry your luggages by yourself. No water kettle in the room. So, you can't make tea.

Place reeked of perfume air freshener. Room had no water pressure and no cold water. It is located at a crazy n dangerous intersection which makes it difficult to leave. It’s beautifully decorated but the negative outweighs the positive.

So many things! The decor in the reception & room are absolutely lovely. The front desk staff was very nice & welcoming. Thr room was large, very comfortable. Important to us, the room was very quiet. We enjoyed the visit. Just wished they offered decaf coffee &/or decaf tea. Nonetheless, all was superb.

We stayed two nights. The property was difficult to access and staff was cordial. The room was clean, but facility was nothing special. I thought parking was free, but we were charged for it upon arrival. It was a stormy couple days and the electricity went out for a few hours one evening, which was inconvenient because we had a toddler. We probably won’t stay here again.

The staff here is so great / I came in late because of road closures and they refunded my first night. It’s quaint, it’s clean and the price is great. It’s nice to see real wood, real marble in the rooms. See you next year!!! We stay here every Christmas.

The gentleman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. There was a power outage on Christmas Eve and my 75 year old sister in law was unable to check in because of the late hour. She did stay the night of the 25th and it was a very nice room. Very clean! But hats off to the man at the front desk. He was amazing.

Room clean. Staff courteous. First room they put in reeked of cigar smoke, but they were willing to give me another room. Very little amenities. No free breakfast. Not in a good location for walk to stores or eating establishments. Price reasonable for a high priced area.

Very nice and helpful staff. Despite mixed information on Google, this hotel DOES NOT serve breakfast. If you stay, you will want to ask for a room not facing the street if possible due to traffic noise. Parking is an additional $10 a day to park in their garage.The hotel is very clean. The rooms are dated back to the opening of the hotel's era but very clean. The bathroom is modern at least in our room. The plus is they have both a microwave and refrigerator in their rooms. You will want to check out the Kuerig coffee maker before using. Ours we did not use as had previous water in it. One of the least expensive hotels in the area. They have a Jack in the Box directly across the street and next to the hotel, in short walking distance a Weinerschnitzel and Foster Freeze. Wheelchair access available by using elevator in the garage. Not sure if access through the front door.
