We read self parking was free. When we arrived we were charged $12 per night. This needs to be updated in the Expedia app. Sign in room read that maid service was provided every other day. We were here 3 nights and our room was not serviced. We left all day on the second morning. Only Two towels and wash clothes were provided. No microwave. We will not return.

Only ate the breakfast once. Was not impressed. Omelet and sausage cold. I choose the Hampton because I thought we would not have to spend money on breakfast but landed up going out the 3 other mornings for a good breakfast. Coffee in pots downstairs were not hot and not a good variety of creamers. The staff were friendly, and the room clean and quiet.

The room was big and we loved that, but the bathrooms need an emergency upgrade. The showers and toilets are old. The mold just keeps getting covered in paint. You can smell the funkiness. Also, the breakfast is awful! Would not stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious. We loved the free breakfast, and the location of the hotel is the best ever. It is located near several restaurants, the Camarillo outlets, a grocery store, and close to the freeway to get anywhere you want to go. Our family would definitely stay here again. It was an excellent choice!

The room, staff, pool, and breakfast were nice! Would have given a five, but we didn’t care for the surprise nightly parking charge upon check-in. It felt like an unnecessary money grab and was very disappointing. Eliminate the parking charge, and you’ve got a hotel worth returning to!
