The staff was all friendly. The room was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was nice .

This hotel has a ton of additional fees. It is not in a great location. They charge parking fees in a huge parking lot without any additional security provided. I would avoid staying here and find a hotel that doesnt tack on additional fees.

The property and the room were very clean and well kept. Convenient location. I give it 95 out of 100. The thing I didn't like is paying 10 dollars for parking. The hotel is off the freeway with plenty of parking, why the 10 dollars?

We couldn't get our room cleaned, we had to put our own trash outside the door for it to be picked up. The bathroom smelled like sewage. There was also a $10 fee for parking with zero security for the uncovered parking lot. Our towels piled up because they were only entering the room every 3 days. Which did not occur. We were told due to Coronavirus that they couldn't make up the beds not clean the rooms. However they were cleaning other rooms daily when people checked out. It doesn't make any sense. The same level of contact if not more contact with several different guests occurs if someone is checking out daily. It wasn't worth the money we paid for the stay. NEVER AGAIN.

perfect high protein breakfast every day! Eggs and fresh fruit but sometimes omelets sometimes scrambled. they even have hard-boiled eggs if you need to take something to go.

Bathroom doors are”barn” sliding doors. They’re heavy don’t lock and don’t provide privacy

Hotel in excellent condition. Easy and free parking, great breakfast buffet. Pool and jacuzzi in good condition, with relative privacy. Close to freeway, but noise not a problem. Room very clean. Was unable to open hotel room window. A/C unit didn't seem to respond to user input. Stayed in an accessible room, without much privacy for bathroom, in case you're not staying alone. Free wifi worked well. Cable TV options mediocre. Empty mini-fridge, microwave, coffee pot in room. Several restaurants a short walking-distance. Staff friendly and helpful. Free 24-hour hot chocolate station with teas and coffee too. 10-minute drive to Port Hueneme and Oxnard beaches. Good view of arriving light aircraft from Camarillo airport. Walkable to Outlet mall.

Free parking and friendly staff. Good Mexican restaurant in the strip mall across the street. Only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom door was a sliding barn door. Very stylish but I prefer a bathroom door that really closes.

We honestly couldn't come up with something to complain about this place. It was great!

clean bright and attractive modern decor. The buffet breakfast was very good.

Nice room,clean and comfortable. Last minute booking late in the evening.

The staff all friendly and helpful, manager gave early check-in, Front desk always smiling and ready to help. All others good energy, happy. Hotel is clean, warm feeling, fairly new, convenient, lot's of parking. Great pool and jacuzzi.

Near Reagan Library and a huge premium outlet center. Something for everyone in our family.
