Hotel is roomy, clean and upgraded with modern design. I was on the 2nd floor and heard someone walking on the room above me on the third floor. It would be nice if the design can accommodate that kind of noise.

It is in end of street so not much traffic and I like the quiteness.

Close to freeway
Property is dated but the front staff’s hospitality and room’s cleanliness more than made up for it. Room is unusually big and love the accessibilty to parking. Would def come back and stay again.
It was clean and adequate. The breakfast was poor quality and a pain because you aren't allowed to get it yourself, but have to ask an employee who is grouchy and then you're expected to tip. Everyone is wearing masks anyway, so I'm not sure of the thought process behind this method. Also, in our room the light around the bathroom mirror was out so there was only one lightbulb in the bathroom which made it difficult to see. Someone came to our room the first night and then said engineering would fix it but over the course of our two day it was never fixed. Also, the bathroom faucet is motion sensor which works very poorly and when it does activate the pressure is incredible. It blew the toothpaste off of my toothbrush and wetted the countertop and floor. Also, the body wash pump was out in our shower. It was fine, but for $200 a night I expected a bit better.

The service wasn't as good as I would have liked. The shampoo, etc were in a bottle in shower not individual like most hotels. Not good with covid
