Staff were nice and efficient. Room has a mini split for air and it made a LOUD noise that kept us up all night. :( We got to the room late, close to 11pm and when we turned it on for heat, it made a terrible noise and it would only shut off if we unplugged it completely.

Bathroom sink was clogged and I was told they did not have maintenance that day that i would have to move or stay, we had a two night stay. A staff person attemoted to unplugged, but sewer water was spilled everywhere in bathroom and closet so we had to move to a non comparable room. The whole transaction required too many phone calls to make it happen.

Room was large and very clean. Hot breakfast has a lot of choices and was kept hot and delicious! We enjoyed the hot tub - clean, large and hot . Room had coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Good location and very friendly staff. We had a great stay.

Bathroom faucet had electronic control and was not working. Tried calling the front desk numerous times, no answer or line was busy. Went down to the front desk to ask if someone could please take a look at the faucet. Was told it would be taken care of and it needed a battery. We left for 4 hours came back and nothing was done. Had to wash our hands with the bathtub faucet which usually wouldn’t be a huge issue but we are mobility impaired and bending over that far was an issue. When we checked out we were told the maintenance man called out sick. The property was not sold out and we could have been moved to another room. Property needs to take better care and make sure everything in the room is functional.

The response to an issue with a faulty USB connection was resolved quickly without the need to change our room. The Customer Service was Top Notch The hotel Manager was on site and actively involved in all matters of the hotel from our point of view. Our stay included comfortable beds and a very Pleasant atmosphere amoung all staff.
