This property is very convenient. Close to the Oxnard harbor and a short drive to Ventura. The room was clean and parking was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is some nearby street noise especially with louder vehicles but it didn’t bother me.

The rooms were OK. The bathroom over flooded around 430 or 4 o’clock in the morning. Water is coming out of the bathroom. We call for service. They said they have no rooms available. It was really bad experience. They find to give us one room not they were gonna get up early at 7:30 to leave. It was really bad experience. I will never use that hotel again for Services.
