I was disappointed that Orbitz has pictures of may be 10 years ago. This hotel doesn’t look like what is shown here in Orbitz. This place is dirty, smells like urine in the outside. Inside dirty, old and outdated. Looks like people live in the hotel and not tourists. I will never stay here
Worst motel that we have stayed in over 20 years. Very very poor upkeep of the property. dirty furniture, broken furniture, dirty grout in shower and bathroom floor. Felt like we were getting sick from the environment.
The rooms were extremely dirty. The bath tub seemed like it has never been cleaned. I had reserved two rooms and one of the of the beds in one room had a large stain of blood on the side. The carpet was dirty and the rooms had horrible smell. On top of all that, there were roaches all over the rooms crawling on the walls and beds. Thanks to Orbitz, we were able to cancel the reservation and refunded us for the remaining of night. There was no way I would go back to that hotel. My advise for people is Don’t go by the photos on the website. The rooms do not look anything like the photos.
This motel needs an upgrade. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, but... Neither the tub nor the sinks had a plug. No bath! I have a CPAP machine that I clean in the sink. No plug so I had to plug the drain with a washcloth. The sink had very visible scratches, the walls had holes that had been plugged (poorly). A light fixture had been removed from the bathroom and simply covered with a metal plate. The toilet seat paint was coming off (you could see the wood). A toilet seat should be clean and look clean! The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of electrical outlets (and USB plugs). The carpeting was stained.
Rooms were filthy and I felt very unsafe.
The room was unkept/unclean (bed bugs included) and the staff was utterly rude! Remove this property from Orbitz listings now! Dissatisfied [Orbitz Platinum level] customer.
The staff did not wear masks but the customers had too. I waited over 30 minutes for towels. I was there for 4 days and my room was never cleaned. The rooms need a renovation. There are holes and the bathroom shower did not have a stopper so you could take a bath.
It was convient to the activities we were doing The air conditioner did not work outdoor temps were in the high 80 low 90.

The hotel is very run down. We booked 2 rooms, we were given non-adjacent ones. My room had massive stains on the carpet & seats. It smelled of stale beer. The sheets & pillows smelled bad, & I was told housekeeping left at 5pm. The other room had the AC unit bashed in. There was a large group of transient farm workers occupying most of the hotel so there were guys hanging out outside most of the day & night. Hotel wi-fi was non-existent & T-mobile had zero bars here. Oh, & the soda machine would not return my change & front desk clerk told me it was $2.50 a pop! I have had good stays at other Days Inn properties before & this place should not be a Wyndham franchise. No amount of money saved make it worth staying here.

Our room was not inhabitable. The toilet didn't work and the staff was not the least concerned. Staff wouldn't fix the toilet and would get us a new room. The room also had ants but that wasn't what made the room uninhabitable. Don't think functional plumbing is too much to expect. The Staff actually said we should just wait to talk to the manager in the morning. Most infuriating. We packed up and left. To top things off I had to fight with the staff to get a full refund. WORST HOTEL experience I've ever had!!!
