lots of shopping/dining. Steps to the 2nd floor were difficult to find. It seemed like they told everyone to come back at 3 (tried to check in at 2:45) even tho all the rooms were then ready at 3 - causing a backup in the lobby.

Front office staff is excellent but housekeeping staff is terrible and dangerous. The very minimal housekeeping they do daily is not even done properly, its hit and miss sloppy work, housekeeping staff are of the lowest quality and in my case they left the room door ajar/open twice after housekeeping, this is unforgivable to think that my room valuables are not safe.

Simple hotel but very well maintained, clean and easy to get to (right off the freeway). Free WiFi, heating/air conditioning. Tons of free parking (with a permit given by front desk people). Quiet place. Next to Camarillo Premium Outlets. They have free coffee and tea in the morning; although I wish they had free continental breakfast.

Property is beautiful and clean. The room was also extremely neat and clean. I only wish there was a coffee maker in the room and a clock of some kind. We did get the cheapest room so we were happy with what we did get, a clean, comfortable room. Would definitely recommend staying here.
