The facility and rooms were clean but when we checked into our first room the carpet was wet. It felt like the carpet was cleaned which is great, however, I didn’t want to be in a room with damp carpet. Asked to switch rooms and had the same issue. At that point, we were annoyed and wanted to leave. The front desk guy said security went into the first room and felt nothing. I suggested walking in with them together as was told we can’t enter after I return the keys. We were basically called liars even though our wet socks stated otherwise.
