Minuses: The "breakfast" is one step above vending machines, and the room had no iron or ironing board--I had to check the iron out from the front ...
We were on a trip to big bear and decided to crash here for the night. Overall, the rooms were good and clean. The room had fridge and microwave. Staff was friendly and prompt. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast, it just had some really cheap buns/ donuts along with juice and coffee. ...
Overall, the experience was good. You get your money's worth. Comforting warm water in the shower. Overall rating was good. The heater in the bedroom was not working, which required to request for additional blankets.
We enjoyed our stay overall, our kids went waterskiing on the lake which was a comfortable 73 degrees. My constructive criticism would be that to charge over $ 6.00 for a bottle of Arrowhead water at the pool and 4 and a half dollars for a 12 oz can of coke is a little unreasonable. Additionally, ...

Going out to breakfast on the weekend in BB usually involves a waiting list, so it really is nice to just roll out of bed and head downstairs for a bite to eat. ...

Good hotel room for good price. Nice area and nice staff.
The cabins are very private and comfortable. The manager Kevin is very friendly and customer service driven. He stayed up late to check us in personally. It was great to have a fireplace in the bedroom. They Sell bundles of firewood at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.
Hotel update was nice...however, a luke warm shower at nite AND in the morning was VERY unpleasant!!!!
Breakfast was great. Saved time from having to go to a restaurant
