Very nice hotel that is clean and relatively quiet. Not as competitively priced but okay.

Everything was on prefect love the room, breakfast and the taco bar

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night for Festival of Lights. We literally was in the hotel less than 10 hours. Front desk staff was great. House keeping staff was so noisy talking while working thru the hallways and across our room. Dining staff for breakfast had a super long line with one stressed out cook. No one refilling food and other stations. No one clearing and cleaning dining area tables. Everyone that ate had to clean their plates and stack in the corner cart. It was just a zoo! Not something you look forward to after a one night stay. To top it off, a lady cook helper showed up eventually and Hs an attitude with facial and verbal reactions. For what we paid, we expect better service and we were supposed to get VIP treatment per Orbitz recommendation. I’ve stayed at much cheaper hotels and got VIP service and amenities.

Consistently comfortable and clean but the beds were not as comfortable as their other locations. The scratchy and dingy sheets were too small to keep the flimsy middle comforter from coming apart all night. The wait for the cooked to order breakfast was 30 mi of standing in line. Maybe splurge for 2 cooks for this large hotel?

The staff are friendly, the rooms are large and clean and the breakfast was better than most.

Me and my husband stay here every time we visit family in MoVal; the staff is always friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and everything was fresh and stocked. The mini fridge even has a freezer, nice little ad.

Very comfortable and quiet. Nice and clean. Nothing more to add

The rooms are modern, clean and nicely maintained. The staff is friendly and courteous. Great experience.

Overall great experience. Nice clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a little league baseball tournament just for one night but I wish we could have stayed longer! The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and thankfully had laundry services for the guests! I will stay again!!

Great place to stay, hotel was nice and clean, service was good. Was in town for vacation, this place is highly recommended, Will stay there again in moreno valley.

We stayed here for 1 night and absolutely loved every moment of it. Everything seemed so clean and spotless that we thought this was a brand-new hotel. The rooms were modern, spacious and light, and the beds and pillows were great. We also enjoyed the plentiful breakfast (omelet station, waffle maker, etc.) sitting outside on the lovely patio in the sunshine (but one can also sit inside). The complimentary fruit infused water (with lemon and strawberries) was a nice additional touch. Most importantly, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We will definitely return!!

Moving from CA to TX. Stayed a few days while movers packed and shipped the house. Good service. Clean room. Would recommend and return again.

Great place to rejuvenate after a day driving and family pool party activities. We were all exhausted. The room and bed were perfect. Finding the hot tub was an adventure ....access through fitness center and a little scary at night. Breakfast foods ran out - no bagels or muffins when we arrived at 845 on a Sunday morning and not replenished (7-10 service). Omelettes good if you have time to stand in line for it

Great service. Close to many shopping areas, malls, and food restaurants. Rooms included a fridge and microwave as well which was awesome!

I booked this hotel with a rental car and got a great deal. Stayed for a week. The room was wonderful and bed was very comfy. The pool was nice especially since we were there for soccer nationals and had a bunch of 12 y/o boys. The location was great right next to a mall with a movie theater and bowling alley, costco and a bunch of restaurants. The staff was very friendly. The buffet breakfast included made to order omelets was good and helped with food cost. Overall I would definitely stay there again!

I stayed 2 nights at the Ayres. My work related classes were in at another location, but the Ayres was conveniently located to the freeway (I-215) to get where I needed to go. I had noted on my reservation that I would be checking in late and was wondering with they still holding my reservation, but no worries it was there. Checking in was easy and painless. Breakfast choices were plentiful. on the first morning I did not realize that they had a omelet station until I had got some scrambled eggs from the self serve. I now wish I would have thrown away the scrambled eggs and had the omelet, because the scrambled eggs were cold. On the 2nd morning I had the Denver omelet and it was yummy! The room was nice and comfortable. The room includes a mini refrigerator mine worked great, but it didn't fit very well in its space. It looked out of place, since was sticking out.

We were pleased to find the hotel lobby and accommodations in great condition. It felt very new, up to date, and was very comfortable. We appreciated that the frig in the room was usable and functional! The breakfast was very good too and nice that it was included. The location was in a central place among the major Morena Valley businesses, close to shopping and restaurants. Not a big deal but I would have liked an in room safe. And there was no book in the room telling what amenities were available in the hotel and what restaurants, etc. were close by. Front desk was helpful in filling us in though!
