The odor of the room is so strong of chemical I could barely stand being in the room. It’s outdated and just feels dirty. The grime all over the remote was foul. The toilet paper doesn’t even have a holder it’s just on the back of the toilet seat. I would never stay here again.
The shower didn’t drain and there were bugs in the bathroom. Not the best for the amount spent.

There was what looked like smeared spagetti sauce on the light switches and walls of the bathroom! Also, no plug in site near the one table where you could sit with a computer.

The picture looks misleading, because it looks nice until you get there. The bathtub is worn down and the entire hotel. It’s not expensive but seems overpriced for what it’s really worth. I felt fine walking at night but my girlfriend felt unsafe while we were walking up to our room.

Seen a roach in our room. I feel rates should have been cheaper since Orbitz posted "Breakfast included", which is exactly why I chose to stay here. My father's funeral service was on the day of check-in and didn't want to have to worry about rushing to go find a place for breakfast since I am morning my loss. It should have also been cheaper since the gym was closed, uncleaned pool, and no breakfast included. I understand the hotel had to compromise due to COVID-19 but Orbitz and the Comfort Inn should have gave us a heads up beforehand about their changes. The beds are very comfortable. The room had more amenities that was expected. That was nice.
Stayed there last night ,room was clean ,but grounds were dirty .
It was a large complex with tons of parking. The rooms were clean and but the bathroom was extremely small...

The property needs updated inside and out. The grass areas had weeds throughout and about 6-7 inches high. The bedspread and bed skirt had dried something on them and I took pictures and showed the front desk. Not sure why the housekeeper did not see this. The drain in the ceiling over the bathtub kept dripping from upstairs room.
Breakfast was good. Room was kept for us even though we were late.
Stayed here twice in the last year and all was good. This last stay was terrible in comparison. Room air conditioning did not work, no coffee supply in room and cofffe and juice machines in breakfast room were broken. Also, got awakened at 3am by loud guests trampling through corridor. Won’t stay their again.
