A new basement suite with own bathroom, small living room and dining area with bar fridge, microwave and bread toaster. You can also use the kitchen utensils upstairs for cooking. Basement was renovated in Feb. 2023.
Our house is located in the southeast side of the city in a quiet and safe community. We are 17 km. from the city centre and only 25 minutes' drive to the airport. The house is 4 minutes' walk to bus station going to Somerset-Bridlewood C-train station and 10 minutes' walk to the bus station going to downtown area.
Our community has a lake, indoor gym, volleyball area, lawn tennis court, skating ring (on winter), basketball court and boat/canoe rental at the lake. It is 5 minutes’ drive to South Health Campus. Few minutes’ walk to a grocery stores, restaurants and a bar.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.
