Although this is an old hotel, it is very clean. Location is good for access to Banff and Chinook Shopping Centre. Breakfast was decent.

Staff is great, the property is older but well maintained. Hot tub was unfortunately not very hot. We have stayed here a few times now in the past years as its convenient for our needs and would go back.

The room was not ready at check-in almost made us late for our event. The elevator was broken. I asked for a room on the bottom floor as I have a broken ankle they did not provide anything. The place is outdated and really needs to be maintained.

Awful is Less than thing that I can say , elevator 3 days was off and we in 3rd floor, the cleaning team every day do their job but the flour smell bad , it was moisture from pool that smell every where and breakfast service was good but everything was limited and reapet every day same , I can say they use the lowest material, and finally they say that wall is damaged and charged me 500 $ for a hole in wallpaper

Check in was painfully slow with huge line up even on a Sunday. Deposit was higher than quoted on phone. Locked bathrooms on ground floor. Elevator was broken. Pop machines sold out. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Parking was very small. Many homeless/junkies in walking distance.

My stay at this hotel was terrible. The elevator was not working, which already made the experience unpleasant. On top of that, I accidentally left two pieces of clothing in the room (a pajama top and a Nike sweatshirt). I called the hotel four times, and no one could give me a clear answer. After much insistence, only the pajama was returned, while the Nike sweatshirt was never found, even though I know they were left together in the same spot. This shows that staff are not reliable when it comes to guests' personal belongings. Customer service was extremely poor, and I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Very basic hotel. Decent value for the price Close enough to downtown. Beds weren’t comfortable. Walls were very thin and you could hear everything from neighbouring rooms. Bathroom could use a Reno. Breakfast was mediocre at best.
