Nice hotel. Great breakfast. One elevator, lots of lines. Couldn't use the stairs, until we requested a different key card. The room was small. In my mind, not a $240 / night hotel.

Our room 162 has NO wifi The shower makes a loud mechanical nose waking everyone omelet of the outlets in the room don’t work The mattresses are hard as rock The hallways reek of stinch The lobby is beautiful then you get to your room and it’s not so much Very very disappointed Would not stay here again

Elevator is not working, room is dirty and tiny, bed very small and uncomfortable, bathroom is very small and does not accommodate different sizes of people and staff are not hospitable and are rude.I regretted my choice and will never repeat the same mistake.

They need to improve the parking area of the underground parking. Homeless people were easily accessing it because they have no secured entry way. A simply gate with a valid room key would work. Cramped bathroom with a door that had trouble closing. Elevator had issues working properly and heater gave off a very toxic smell when activated. Ac worked fine. All items were mentioned to the staff.
