This hotel was clean and comfortable. When I checked they where washing the lobby floor and when I was checking out middle morning the next day they where washing them again. The rates where good and it is located just off the Deer foot trail close to all the top stores, restaurants, care dealers and the industrial area I was meeting in. The food was good at the attached Moxies and Denny’s Ray

Great hotel. Love the family suites. One room has a King then bathroom in the middle then room with Bunk beds. Awesome to have hotels that are truly family friendly. Bunk beds are perfect for families. More hotels should do this Hotel would be a 5 but it doesn’t include breakfast. They have a reward program. Lucky 13. You get a stamp every stay and then on 13th stay is free.

We stayed at the Sandman Hotel and Suites for the Masters at Spruce Meadows. While it was very comfortable and very affordable we found that it was a little tired. The furniture was stained, scratched and chipped. Carpets were also stained. The suite was clean and well taken care of every day by the cleaning staff. The hotel has suites for long stays but has no laundry facilities which is very disappointing. It is very well located to go to Spruce Meadows.

The room was comfy. The bathroom was very strangely arranged. You sat on the toilet and the toilet paper was sticking in your leg. It was only hung on a hook on the side of the vanity. A bango granite top over the toilet would make it difficult to work on the toilet. There was only 3 inches between the bottom of the vanity and the toilet tank. Nit impressed with the price of the room at $140 a nite with no breakfast in the morning. We were booked in for two nights but booked our after the first night. We went to Smitty’s at 11 am and it was packed and the waiting list was over 10 names long. We left. Sorry we will not be returning.

I had a nice stay at the Sandman. Front desk staff was friendly and the check in was quick. Room was clean. A good over night stay for business. Only small issue is that it was busy and had a hard time finding parking. I would stay here again.

A mid range hotel - nothing wrong in that - with a friendly welcome which continued during our stay. Room a decent size and well set out. All clean and well kept. No on site breakfast facility. To be taken next door in a Denny eatery. Not an issue provided you wanted a large North American meal. No good if, like us, you yearned for muesli, yoghurt and fresh fruit. That's the English for you. Not a complaint but beware. We came by car and found a local Italian store selling just what we wanted. Happy to come again subject to that.

I stayed here on my through to BC, specifically because I knew I wanted to go to IKEA. The hotel is ideally suited for this purpose, with IKEA the view from your window if your room faces the street. Reasons for my poor review: 1. The room needs a deep cleaning as you'll see from my photos. 2. I had to fix the curtain (as best I could while balancing on an armchair). Housekeeping should not have missed this need as the rod to move the curtain was propped in the corner. 3. Poor access to plugins and zero usb plugs. 4. Only one firmness of pillows even though there were 6 of them. Glad I was going camping so I could slip down to my car and get my own pillow. 5. SMALL TV and no HD channels. How can this even be a thing anymore? 6. Guests smoking right outside the entrance. The pluses: 1. Location to IKEA and other shopping. 2. Easy to get to. 3. Free parking.

Stayed for two nights, and unfortunately it was very disappointing. The front desk staff were professional and very pleasant. We were allocated a very quiet room on the fourth floor. The beds were comfortable, which was a good thing. Top of the cabinet housing the fridge etc was visibly very dusty, but that was a minor detail. Both hanging light fixtures over the beds were disgustingly very full of dead insects. The maid did a very cursory cleaning of the washroom, if even that. Sink faucet was filthy. Lightly ran my finger across it, and the dirt wiped off, so the stains were not from any mineral build up. The tub drain was plugged. Despite taking quick showers, within minutes we were standing in 5 inches of water. If the maid cleaned the tub, she would have most certainly noticed that the plumbing problem needed to be addressed. We don’t take any pleasure in writing a poor review, but we have to be honest about our experience.

Thank you for caring ,the staff are very helpful and hard working Rooms. very clean and well equipped with everything we needed to prepare small meal for the kids .One thing about this place I could walk my grand daughter up and down in the lobby area and keep her busy in the pool

Stay there for the night on my way to BC, gave me a great rate for a great family room, a special shout out to Brian the manager was very accommodating, we liked it so much stay there another night on our way back
