Nice but not optimal
Location was good within walking distance to restaurants, stores, groceries, etc. We were disappointed to find the ground floor patio faced the back alley. The views were of homeless, graffiti and garbage in the alley. We witnessed an exchange between people who were questionable dealers located next door to us. It was a bit unnerving to say the least. The roof top patio was the best asset this rental.
