The location of this hotel is outside off the city, although only about 10 mins driving to downtown.

I stayed here for a weekend in. The room was comfortable and clean. The food was really good too! I would stay again!

I believe I was given a room upgrade. It had a nice writing desk and office chair, wine glasses, and a beautiful bathroom with an awesome shower. I didn't eat at the hotel on this visit but I did have the Sunday Brunch on a previous occasion, and the food was delicious. Only drawback for this hotel is that it doesn't have a hot tub.

We usually stay at another hotel, that has breakfast included for about the same $$ as this hotel. We enjoyed our stay. We had an upgraded king size bed room, with fridge and coffee machine. The only issue we had, my wife likes to take a bath - this room had shower only.

Excellent staff, they had some construction work going on so I tried to imagine the hotel after the construction. The front desk were great they went the extra mile to keep me informed including directions, place of interest. The hot tub room was private so once in you can lock it to stop unwanted from joining you. The hotel food was very good, but like most of canada I found it expensive.

enjoyed staying at the hotel although it was a distance from town but we did get to use the bus/train and it worked out quite well

Check-in was great. Person at the desk was helpful. Gave us a free upgrade. Room was renovated, but it's still a 3 star at best.

A good experience in all. Very easy to highways too.

The outside looks a bit dated, but the inside in nice, and tasteful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is great. And the price was right.

The "title" I wanted to give (too many letters) was: A Lucky Find! I'll recommend and return! This was just supposed to be a convenient pre-flight hotel after a camping trip. It wasn't chosen because it was the closest to the airport -- its in the southeast quadrant of the city, below city center, but the easy access to north-south Highway 2 made it easy to get there. The room was pleasnt and well appointed. Nice granite in the bath and powder area. Big window with city view. Not a lot of the dark, heavy, clashing patterns one usually sees in hotels. Room, halls, etc. all clean and cleaning staff pleasant and professional without seeming so mistreated as one often sees in hotels. Good choices of places to eat -- we ate in the Lounge, looking at the spruces covered with tiny lights, and served by an extremely personable, competent woman who seemed to enjoy her job and working with the public. Well prepared food with good presentation. The manager was exceptionally helpful, coming to our table to be sure everything was okay. There had been a minor misunderstanding about the pricing of similar menu items in various dining areas and he provided both drinks and dessert (try the orange tart!) on the house to more than compensate. It was easy (and free) to use a computer to print out a boarding pass. The Sunday check out is at 12, giving an extra hour. Using Orbitz, the price was a bargain, by resort gateway or big city standards. Only minor caveat was that breakfast was a bit slow, but we were there at a busy time. And it was very good.

The Blackfoot Inn is an excellent value for either a family or business traveler. The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The business center was extensive and their buffet options were very good.

The Blackfoot Inn is a fine hotel. The rooms are nice and clean; the pool is great; service is great. Restaurants are good. Even has a comedy club and a couple bars. It is not anywhere near anything else to speak of. There is a mall down the highway. But the hotel is in a somewhat post-industrial area with a lot of self-storage areas and a trucking business. If you don't mind that, it's a great place to stay.
