Well where do I start. My keys would never work, so I constantly have to get the desk to get a new key. In one night of stay I had to get my keys reprogrammed or get a new key, this was annoying but the worst thing is the person in the next room. I had booked a single room with a King size bed (rm 215) which had a separate door to the suite (rm 213) where I thought there was 2 to 3 people in it. I was wrong it was one woman that was constantly laughing, talking to her self, screaming, yelling profanity’s, kicking the door between the suites and smashing things. All this commotion started around midnight. We called the front desk to deal with this insanity as Myself and my girlfriend were not getting any sleep at all. My girlfriend was having anxiety attacks from this behaviour because she felt threatened by her and was worried that she was going to break into our room. The staff did come up to talk with the resident, but by around 4 am the woman was still acting up. We received zero sleep that night and it was very uncomfortable, even after the second time we called the front desk they told us that they would call the police. By 5 ish am in the morning they officers finally arrived. She did not leave without a struggle. I don’t want to assume, but I could hear her doing drugs. The most traumatic experience and the next morning others were talking about this incident . I like composition of some sort. If I could rate this experience zero I would.
