very clean, take away breakfast poor choices/nothing hot, coffee from desk not so good (need to get Starbucks blonde roast or caribou coffees), hallways very clean, sanitizer hands available
This is a nice property in downtown Buffalo. Rooms are nice and there are doors that can be used to divide the room in half.
Very nice high-rise building in the city, clean room, great views (saw fireworks over the skyline), friendly and helpful staff, and breakfast to go in the morning.
Very clean, spacious, very friendly, good location
nice place except a little noisy at night, at least my room is a little noisy at night,
Liked that the bedroom closed off from the sitting area, had 2 doors to the bathroom and a separate area for doing hair and make up. Having a fridge, microwave, and Keurig is also handy
Quite rooms great suites super layout. Good service .
Hotel was very dirty. Carpet never vacuumed,Very dusty never cleaned. knobs in bathroom broken, did not repair even after repeated request. No parking in the hotel. No ride to the parking structure two three blocks away. very smelly room lamps were loose it was scary to touch them. Blocked sink which was fixed after repeated request. Very very noisy room construction/repair going on. Very rowdy/discourteous local crowd. Lift never cleaned. Very poor room service. Will never stay in this place specially in winter, because they do not provide ride to parking structure. You will have to walk in cold.
Great location in downtown Buffalo with a great breakfast
Noise from HVAC and from the street. Spent a sleepless night. Never again!
We were in town for a Symphony concert...very much enjoyed the hotel, and managed to find on-street free (weekend) parking despite the slushy snow.
Centrally located and easy to get to, close to restaurants. Room amenities were OK but I had to ask for caffinated coffee pods as they only supplied decaf and they didn't replace makeup remover pads the second nite. We were located on the 7th floor, our room only had blackout shades and no sheers which would have been helpful as we looked into other hotel rooms and had no privacy unless we wanted a blacked out room all day long. The back of the bathroom door had some questionable marks - which I wiped off. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean except for the back of the door. There were no luggage racks available arriving or leaving which was a bit inconvenient - there should be a time limit to have them as this seems to happen elsewhere as well or be charged if they keep them in their room overnite. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Breakfast had lots of options but unfortunately the food was a little dried out.
Well I really like this hotel and I'd love to recommend to my friends
The hotel valet was incredibly slow...so slow they didnt charge us after a 35 minute wait. Other than the valet, it was a nice stay and the room was nice and clean.
Nice 2 bedroom suite with a ton of room to make it a comfortable space. This was a perfect location for work and a decent nightlife scene. The valet had a very difficult time and wait time doubled after he brought the wrong car.
My girlfriend and I stayed in Buffalo to see Niagara Falls in its frozen state and do some shopping. The Comfort Suites was a really good value. The room was huge and even had 2 flat screen TVs. The only bad thing about the stay is there is no on-site parking. For $10 a night, a valet service parks your car a few blocks away. It was only a slight inconvenience, but if we had more trips in and out of the hotel, it could have been a problem. I would stay again, if only for a night or two. Most of the staff was pleasant and helpful. There was one girl at the desk who didn't explain things very well, but at least she was polite and kind. The location was good, but beware a trolley car may wake you up earlier than expected.
