You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Delightful dwelling
This a new fully-furnished studio apartment above a garage. It is spacious and comfortable. It is beautifully decorated. The place has new furniture, it's vibrantly colored, and is located in a peaceful neighborhood. We are also near some of Buffalo's best food spots and it's fun activities. Be sure to enjoy a walk at Delaware park in the summer and indulge in some ice-skating at Canalside in the winter, all less than 10 minutes away!

It's also within walking distance of Elmwood Village with its wonderful food spots and shops. We are also near Delaware Park and less than 30 minutes from Niagara Falls, and 15 minutes to the mall and major plazas!
