Was a gorgeous hotel. Excellent Chauffeur service. Very polite driver and punctual. Only disappointment was the noise of the trams!! In the room, they stopped after 12pm but started again at 4.30am. We were upgraded to a suite which was very nice. Except for the trams!!! We were offered another room ...
The hotel has a huge main hall with friendly and very professional staff. Good to hear about upgrade and late check out as a VIP member. The room was very poor, small and dirty to be a 4.5 stars hotel. There was a bathtube with no way to get the shower as it wasn't fixed on the top of the wall! The ...
We stayed here for 5 days between November 7 and November 12. The hotel is right in the center of town, within walking distance to Keleti RR station and a few blocks from the Danube. There are bus and streetcar stops close to the hotel and a subway stop right at the intersection in front of the hotel. ...
We just got back, spent 3 days and don’t have one complaint about the hotel. The first day we were checking in I kidded around about getting the suite with a balcony, the next morning when we were leaving the front desk saw us and told us they had an upgrade room for us. I declined because there ...
A wonderful modern decor applied to a renovated 19th century building. The best location to walk the top sights of Budapest. Comfortable, modern, well decorated and well appointed rooms. Friendly and serviceable staff. Very hard to improve.
We had a lovely 4-night stay at Hotel Parlament. We were greeted very warmly by the staff, who were available for any question or concern throughout the stay. The room is well equipped and well-lit, with anything you could possibly need on a European city vacation. The hotel is conveniently located just a couple minutes from the parliament building and the river, walking distance to everything. There are a couple of nice cafes just around the corner as well. Included breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Strongly recommend to couples, friends or families traveling to Budapest.
Reasonable hotel and 15 minute walk to river. Close to subway/public transit Plenty of shopping/restaurants nearby.
We just got back, spent 3 days and don’t have one complaint about the hotel. The first day we were checking in I kidded around about getting the suite with a balcony, the next morning when we were leaving the front desk saw us and told us they had an upgrade room for us. I declined because there was nothing wrong with our room but found that to be class “A” customer service. Breakfast was excellent. 400’ from the Opera metro stop and can connect to whereever you want to go in the city.
This hotel seemed perfect from the get go. They managed to coordinate and follow up on stuff via email. The facility is in excellent condition. They have complimentary coffee (several types), tea and snacks on the lobby... and breakfast was perfection. The location was fantastic and they have an awesome restaurant/bar too. This city exceeded my expectations in every possible way and Hotel Moments played a big role on that.
