The room was beautiful with spectacular views of the Danube. Comfortable bed, good shower, etc. I wasn’t happy that they wouldn’t give me IHG rewards credit claiming that because I booked through Hotels.com I was ineligible. The Lebanese restaurant food was very good but when I asked for waiter for water he insisted there was only bottled water yet he brought 2 pitchers of water to the table next to me.

Stunning view of Buda castle!

Our room had a fantastic view of Buda castle which was a nice surprise on arrival. The hotel is really well located to explore. You can walk across the bridge to Buda and there are nearby tram and metro stations.
