Close to everything. Super freakfast. I will come back.

Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Hotel is very near to love lake which is one of the most scenic part of Bruges. Many shopping and eating places nearby. The room service staff is gracious to keep delicious belgian chocolates in the room everyday. I'd definitely come back to this place

Nice location on quieter street a few minutes walk from the main square. When we came in and used the downstairs restroom, and immediately noticed there was water dripping from the ceiling and it smelled like sewage. That same smell was also in our hotel room on the second floor, which was "clean" but had a damp feel. We had to sleep with the windows open, which made it very noisy.

Very cute hotel a short walk from the train station and on the edge of town, only a short walk to the center of everything. The staff was wonderful and the location was very convenient. The only negative comment I would make is that the street noise can be a challenge if you have a room in the front of the hotel. With tour groups arriving and passing the hotel as they enter the city, and with a few establishments with outdoor seating close by, the noise can be excessive.

Very close to the train station. Walking distance to most all main attractions. Best of all, there's a brewery around the corner. Staff was friendly and rooms were very spacious.

A wonderful but too brief stay at this boutique size hotel in Bruges. Wish we had know how nice this hotel was. We'll be back.

Since this is a small and old city we thought we were going to find a small hotel, chaming but small and it was totally the opposite to that. The hotel is big, charming, clean. Rooms are very big and well equipped. It is right in the center of the city so its a short distance walking to main attarctions in Bruges. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We loved it there!

We visited Bruges as a weekend getaway while visiting Europe. The hotel location was quite central and only about 10min walk from the train station, which was nice. The room and bathroom was very large and well appointed, which was nice. There were a few things that made our stay disappointing. We were placed fairly far from the central building and had no wifi connection in our room, which was difficult. We had to go to the (very comfortable) lounge to even look up train schedules (and wifi is one of the reasons we had chosen this hotel, so to say I was disappointed is putting it lightly). Our room was also between 2 rooms with women who liked to keep their doors open and talk loudly into the night---I woke up several times during the nights due to their conversations. Finally, though the bathroom was huge, the tub had no curtain closure and a wall that only reached halfway along the tub edge which made showering a bit awkward. Other than those few quibbles, our stay was pleasant.

The location is excellent, within 3 minutes of the Market Place, the center of all that is Brugge. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. However, the pitfalls are glaring for a 4-star hotel by word standards: it was hard to sleep at night when you could hear people pounding away upstairs and in the hallway when they move; it was even annoying when the WiFi crawled at a snail's pace, going back to the days when you dialed up a modem at 300-baud rate! The hotel staff claimed they could not do much, because Brugge is a medieval city! Indeed, in may respects the hotels seemed to cherish the idea. I would not recommend this hotel to tourists used to modern amenities.

We usually use a hotel as a crash place to spend the night(s) on a town. This hotel is a great value for the money. Perfect location near the railway station (Can also park your car there for e 3.50 . It has parking though as well. Large room, comfortable bed. Clean large bathroom. Can't go wrong.
