This hotel was very nice. Some facilities such as the Ironing were not in the room (in a communal room on another floor) but this was not a problem to access. It’s good that the rooms have air conditioning as many other hotels in Brugge don’t! Staff were friendly and helpful.

This charming hotel is steps away from Lovers Lake, the Brugge swans, a lovely chocolate shop, several cafes, and the historic district. I loved that they offered large rooms with multiple beds making it convenient for our family to stay together. The layout of the hotel is a tad confusing, but not a problem once you get the hang of it. The hotel us much larger than it appears. Parking spaces are tight and limited, so if you are bringing a rental car with you call ahead and let them know so they can reserve a space. The overall atmosphere, cleanliness, and quaint charm make this place an absolute win for a visit to Brugge. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

A Beautiful and Well-Located Gem in Brugge

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel right in the heart of Brugge. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the clean, modern design and the warm welcome from the staff. The location is absolutely ideal—situated in the city centre, it’s perfect for exploring the sights, yet the rooms remain peaceful and quiet despite the bustle outside. One of the standout features was the secure on-site parking, which made arriving by car stress-free. The room itself was large and spacious, with thoughtful amenities including a flat-screen TV, coffee maker, and hair dryer. The en suite bathroom was equally impressive—well-equipped and spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the fantastic breakfast. There was an excellent range of choices available, catering to all tastes, and everything was fresh and well-presented. The downstairs bar was also a great touch, offering a wide selection of drinks at very reasonable prices—especially considering the hotel’s central location. There were just a couple of minor drawbacks during our stay. While the hotel advertises a gym, it’s not available for use until 8:30am, which might be inconvenient for early risers looking to work out before starting their day. Additionally, the mattress in our room felt a little saggy and could probably do with being replaced soon for improved comfort.
