The office was clean and attractive. The room was a different story. The door handle was a lever that usually is pushed downwards to open. No, it had to be lifted up. After three failed attempts, I tried to lift up and finally was able to open the door. NEXT: When I shut the door and went to lock the security chain, I discovered the door had been previously kicked in and the door molding was half off making the door chain usless. NEXT: I looked around to view the room and saw the desk and chair were at the foot of the bed leaving about one foot of clearance to get to the other side of the room. NEXT: I wanted to plug my laptop in but only one outlet was there with the desk lamp and TV plugged in. Decisions decisions as to which should be unplugged. NEXT: The carpet was so stained I thought at first that it may be still wet. I kept my shoes on. NEXT: The sink had hair all over in the basin, or so I thought. It was only deep knife laceratios.(or something else that was sharp). NEXT: I pulled the blankets down looking for evidence of the previos person who had stayed there but the linen was clean. Also, the mattress was super comfortable. Other than the loud noise and drinking outside, the rest of my stay was fine. NEXT: Oh, I almost forgot. I had to lift the desk up about six inches to get the chair out. I had about one foot of clearence for me to sit down but had to step over the chair arm rests to get into the chair. NEXT: Now the rest of my stay was just fine.

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in the U.S. (about 300 nights in the past 14 years). Dirty, smelly, mud (yes, mud) everywhere.

We stay here every summer on our way to and from our farm in Kentucky. It is clean, great water pressure for showering, love the mini fridge and flat screen tv. Great selection of restaurants nearby.

Have stayed here several times before - each trip is about the same - friendly people, clean, comfortable room in an excellent location - close to restaurants and shopping.

Have stayed here several times. It is a good value for the money - breakfast, refrigerator, tv stations are fine. Location for me during my visits to this area is very good.

Its a perfect hotel to stay , good service , nice and clean

The outside was pretty bad (painting discolored, etc) but new mattresses and linens, new carpeting, bathroom obviously recently updated

This hotel was nice but not many frills. It was close to a burger king and a little café. It was a decent value for the location. Do think the rooms need a bit of updating. Overall not a bad place.

Convenient location, good fridge. The toilet didn't flush very well. They should have jumper cables on location.

Good overall experience. Good location, good staff, only there for a few hours but worth the stay.

The iron was broken, some lights were not functional. Many of the rooms are apparently being rented for extended periods by construction people, so there was continuous yelling and noise back and forth on the balconies, in the parking lot, etc. I thought the cleanliness was poor. I realize it was relatively cheap, but this was not a good place.

A good clean motel for one night passing through on a roadtrip

I stayed two nights. The office staff were efficent but the cleaning staff never cleaned my room they did bring me towels.

Did a quick 1 night stop during a long trip. We didn't expect much but got even less. Watch the directions you get. Google maps said exit 125 but it is actually at 121. We had to call them. They say it happens all the time. Everything is very worn out and old. Rooms were very musty smelling. The AC hadn't been running and everything seemed sort of sticky to the touch in the room.

Good Hotel but very small rooms

The location of this place was good in terms of convenience off the highway. The place is not much to look at from the outside, but inside appeared to be recently renovated. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room. I was too tired to explore the area, but there is fast food in walking distance and some delivery food options. The staff was pretty friendly, nothing over the top. My only complaint was the area...it wasn't horrible, I just didn't get the best feeling about it (especially since I was traveling with everything I own in my car).

We stayed in a non-smokung room due to allergies. Although the room seemed free of smoke the air freshner used was overpowering. It was way too strong and caused my wife problems. For this reason we would not choose to stay there again. Also the area between the beds had not been vacuumed very well. Other than that everything was fine. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet.

So sorry that you had an issue with mud; we do have contractors right now. However, housekeeping has been advised that there is an issue. P. Rush
