They're everywhere. Gross & unacceptable. Staff acted as if they were just a normal thing there...unreal

Friendly staff; nice room at a decent price.

Room small but comfortable. Great restaurants nearby for dinner. Breakfast choices mediocre.

Lobby was spotless and very up to date with comfy couches and a tv. Our room was the perfect size for staying overnight and it was exceptionally clean and modern. Hotel staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. Breakfast the next morning was fresh and filled with a variety of hot and cold foods and beverages. The seating area was very well maintained and a relaxing place to eat.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The only negative is the breakfast was very small. Oh and the cookies were yummy!

we booked this hotel for work we had 3 rooms 7 men for 3 days our tools were stolen from the parking lot and we called police made a report . asked the hotel to see video they said and I quote the cameras are for our protection not your:! this was their general manager speaking , that's rude and ignorant the cameras are not there for guest safety??

Two queen bed room - sufficient room with convenient device plug in, wi-fi, welcoming staff, convenient walk across street to Conference Center, around the clock juice, and above all immaculate. No raves for continental breakfast though. Microtel, Bridgeport, WV

A fine, no-frills hotel. Room was small but well designed use of space. Very clean, hotel seems new. COmplimentary breakfast in the morning is very modest but sufficien. Good location with a number of good eating establishments in the next parking lot.

We stopped here for 1 night to rest while on a lengthy road trip. Rooms were clean, staff very friendly & conveniently located off the interstate.

This is my 4th or 5th stay at this motel; each visit has been remarkably favorable. The location, just off the interstate (but free of traffic noise) is wonderful - close to dining in Bridgeport and Clarksburg, including some restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff is personable, act as if they're glad to see you, and are always helpful. If you've never stayed in a Microtel, the only amenity missing is a swimming pool and coffee in your room; but the rooms are comfortable, neat and clean. The biggest surprise is the breakfast - everything from waffles to bagels and cereal - and plenty of good coffee. I visit this area six or seven weekends a year on business and this is the best place I've stayed for the value in the past eight years.

Everything went very well, from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was an unexpected bonus.

very clean- easy to get to - no traffic problems does lack places to eat

Recomended. Nice helpful staff. Clean rooms and good basic breakfast. The Staff do need new computers though!

We booked this hotel for one night and it was fantastic. The staff was so helpful, the location was great and near a lot of places to eat. The only down side I could find was I thought the room was going to be a bit bigger since I upgraded but I really dont think it was any bigger than a standard room. Also TV is on top of a cabinet that made it a little hard to see.

Nice hotel, good value on our road trip, but watch out for the lack of street signs and no address posted out in front. You need to drive up the long entry driveway up to the hotel, but it is nice once you find it. Very quiet except for th efridge in the room.

The staff was very helpful/ friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable. Not a lot to see in the area, but if you need a reliable place to stay this is a great place. Breakfast bar was good.

We had an excellent overnight stay at the Microtel. All of the staff encountered were helpful, courteous, and professional. We needed to check in a little early to prepare for a late afternoon wedding and this request was cheerfully provided. We needed assistance finding the best route to take to get to the wedding and this too was provided very timely. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The room was quiet and the bedding very comfortable. We would stay there again and recommend it to anyone needing to stay in the area.

we stayed for a night. everything was good, i just wish they had a pool. we will stay there again. the tv stations werent kid friendly and the internet connection was not very good. the location was great right next to interstate to get to mall.we were in a handicapped room and non smoking very accessible. breakfast was good too.

I've been missing out! I've not stayed with Microtel before, but after staying at this one, I've already booked my next stay with them. Everything was clean and bright. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. I hope the same holds true for the next Microtel I'm staying with. They are definitely woth paying the few extra bucks for.
