Bed was made with crumbs in it. Went to the lobby and they gave me new sheets and told me there was no housekeeping and deal with someone in the morning. I had 4 rooms booked for an entire week for eight employees. I would expect some better customer service.

Upon arrival...in Bridgeport, no one to give us directions to hotel. Extremely frustrating. Phone person could care less. Said she was not good at directions, and no one else there to ask. (?!). Had to stop at Hampton Inn to get directions to Best Western. Not a good 1st impression!

I would never have stayed here if I wasn't able to use my orbucks because it was more than I wanted to spend for an overnight stay while traveling. The lobby was very nicely decorated for Christmas and the room was clean and the staff was nice and friendly. But it wasn't anything super special. The location is super crowded and busy. We did go to a fun grill within walking distance. I assumed breakfast was included but it's not. We were going to have blast there anyway. They told us it opened at 6 but when we were wsiting around we found out it didn't open till 7 we ended up leaving. Bottom line it'd nice but price should be lowered.

It was a good place to stay. They do a good job for thier customers. Good for WVU games

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. However bed was cleaned which was good but mattresses were wet from unknown reasons, air quit working but were unwilling to comp the room or make a better rate.

I came back to Bridgeport for my father's funeral. Overall everything was OK, but my non-smoking room smelled like someone had been chain smoking non-stop for a year in it. Also, the stairs close to my room were being re-surfaced, but it looked like they had to leave early for the day, because the job wasn't completed. It looked like another hour and they could have finished the job since there were only 4-5 steps to go. Also, the fumes from the glue were very strong.

I had a first floor room which is great because I have a dog. The area was quiet and all workers were very pleasant.

It was a very quiet hotel with comfy beds and nice bathrooms although it weirdly had no exhaust fan. The restaurant is very good, and the complimentary coffee was always fresh.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast very good. Nice room.

Nice, clean hotel with a convenient restaurant on site. Friendly staff

As promised on their website, the room was nicely updated and very clean. Especially for a pet-friendly hotel, we were very pleased at the level of cleanliness and comfort. We will definitely stay there again, and would recommend to others.

Location was good for easy entrance to major highways. Kroger, Wal-Mart, Wendy's, McDonalds and other restaurants close by. First trip taken to this area, and will probably stay here again.

Freindly service and a very clean comfortable room.
