super clean, stylish, newly renovated property at a great location, very well stocked kitchen! LOVED it! Great for families and large groups! Very reasonably priced! very convenient location! Will be back
We had the two bedroom apartment, which was the whole of the second floor, in this lovely old building. It was close to the subway, shops, restaurants and bars. So easy to get into Boston for the day. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We had plenty of food and beverages for breakfast each day we were there. We did meet the owner who was very helpful when we were asking for directions etc. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wanted a two bedroom apartment just away from Boston itself.
A great place for students to stay at an affordable price. Availability of cooking and washing the clothes options makes the live much easy while traveling as a student. It is within a close distance to the subway and downtown.
We travelled to Boston to enjoy New England fall foliage and explore the city! We are the family of 6 and any hotels we were looking at were $600-1000!!! So glad we came across this bed and breakfast! We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment and had plenty of space for everybody! We have received welcoming snacks/drinks. Fridge and kitchen cabinets were stashed with complimentary breakfast foods! The place was squeaky clean!!! Will definitely be coming back!!!
I booked the room via Expedia almost a year in advance. I didn't read the fine print. I tried to cancel my booking a few months later and I was informed that I would be billed half of the price of my stay for cancelling. I called Expedia and was assured it would be resolved. 3 weeks later no resolution. I called the hotel. The hotel said they couldn't cancel a third party booking. I called Expedia. The first person I spoke with said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with a manager. She tried to call the hotel and their voice mail was full. She created a case and I was finally able to cancel with out a penalty. Let the booker beware.
We stayed at the Boston Luxury Suites one night, late September. The instructions for arrival was in depth and possibly a little bit much to read and could be condensed but nonetheless we arrived and made our way into our first floor suite which was shared. This is one detail that I didn't really understand until after arriving. The only thing that is not shared on the first floor is the bedrooms. Otherwise, you will be sharing all common areas such as living room, kitchen, and bathrooms. If you don't want to share amenities you will need to select the non economy option. Once we got past that overall the stay was pleasant. The room was a good size for two people and the bed was comfortable. We were provided with all that we needed to make our stay as fulfilling as possible such as fresh towels, toiletries, and even snacks in the kitchen. Also, since this place is historic if your upstair neighbors so happen to be wearing cinderblock shoes and walk around for 3 hours you will hear it. We headed out for the evening to downtown Boston which is approximately 10-15 minute Uber/Lyft ride. This hotel is also across the street from a Rite-Aid so you can gather anything you have possibly missed from packing. I would stay here again if cost is a factor as you won't find any place this accommodating for the price point.
What a fantastic place to stay!!!Muny is a wonderful host and she has a fantastic property, very clean excellent location everything you need is provided including breakfast and snacks. We will definitely be back to stay here. Steve
With the name, I expected something really sophisticated and "spiffy" but the Boston Luxury Suites isn't either. I guess I expected a standard hotel in a business area but what we got was a refurbished home in a very dark residential area~!! We arrived Boston at 11PM and by the time we got to "Boston Luxury Suites" it was almost midnight. The taxi dropped us off on the sidewalk in a dark and lonely residential area in front of what appeared to be someone's home~!! We had been given instructions to open the keybox on the porch to get the front door and room key as there are no employees there~!! Unfortunately, the keybox did not work so I called the reservation number and the woman there tried to help me open the box but it wouldn't open~!! Then she suggested trying the door and sure enough, it was unlocked~!! We entered what used to be a home and went to the assigned room with the key hanging inside. The room was very clean and had a television...and nothing else. The bathroom was in the hallway and there was a kitchen down the hall with another residential room that was occupied~!! We managed to get settled and into bed and the next morning we got up and went to the kitchen where there was juice, milk, cereal, toast, etc., which we had for breakfast. We got cleaned up and called a taxi, hoping they'd come to a residential area which they did, and we left to continue on to the cruise terminal. "Boston Luxury Suites" is more a "bed & breakfast" than a luxury suite and it's in a very scary location for a stranger to Boston. There is nothing wrong with the facility and they provided everything promised but I don't think we'll stay there again. Boston can be a dangerous place and we didn't like that the neighborhood is dark, the front door was unlocked, there was no telephone in the room, we didn't know who was in the room down the hall, and the bathroom was out in the hall. Then again, the place was very clean, the lady on the phone was very helpful, and the price was much cheaper than other Boston hotels. Still, it's just a bit too scary for us to go back.
Perfect for our needs. Clean space. Nice decor and amenities. Beautiful bathroom. Highly efficient, and excellent communication with the staff. Will definitely repeat. Short UBER ride to the airport. Short drive to food.
We stayed in this hotel for 1 night before flying home. The day before, the hotel sent us an e-mail giving instructions how to get into the hotel, and get the keys, since no front desk to help. There is no private parking. We had to share with another guest, on 1rst floor ( 2 private rooms, private bathrooms ).The kitchen and dining room are nicely furnished. AC working good. Tip to open the key box: after entering 4 digits, push down the black plastic knot to disengage the lock, and open the box at the same time. Overall : Good bed and breakfast (self service), de luxe environment.
