The rooms were really old and ill kept, the place requires considerable renovation to be called decent

Given the time of year and availability of other properties in the area, this was a great value. I do wish they could improve the feel of security with the unit doors.

Older and dated. No breakfast. No coffee in the room.

Clean room. Everything in the room worked, which is not always the case in fancier places. Comfortable bed good shower. Good basic place to stay.

Water damage throughout room. Bath enclosure falling off the shower surround. Window curtians do not fit and are nonworking. Doors are sprung open and do not lock. Door was wide open on my return after maid service. Hotel operator didnt care. One room chair was broken and unstable. Wardrobe door broken. TV & Bed - fine.

This is a totally charming retro motel that has been maintained and offers a glimpse back to those halcyon days of motor lodges and American small towns. Very pleasant and quiet. Right next door to a fantastic ice cream stand.

I just needed to crash somewhere for the night, and this motel was clean and did the job. Beds and pillows were more comfortable for me than at chain places. The front desk waited until I arrived really late at 11:30p or so before closing up for the evening, but stressed that if I needed anything to call them. This area is expensive, so it was good to find something that wasn't outrageous for what I needed.

The cons: it's kind of run-down and grimy around the edges, the showers are weird, and the rooms drive our allergies crazy. The pros: it's half the price of anything else nearby, I've never seen bugs there, and it's next door to a delightful ice cream place. We'll keep coming back, armed with antihistamines and low expectations. If they were more thorough about the cleaning, our rating would be higher--hair on the bathroom walls and accumulated ick in the corners definitely needs work. (And I wouldn't bring small children, for that reason).

Check-in was prompt and accurate, staff [owners] was very courteous. Room had TV and outlets for Computer, everything worked. Needs new updated remote for TV. Parking in front of motel door was tight and made me nervous--- not much room for cars to get by. Big birthday party for relative in Bed-ford, so location was perfect! Room was very clean and housekeeping was excellent. Very quiet area.

A super value for the Concord area. Safe and clean. Loved the fridge and microwave

GREAT!! Fantastic Hotel!!! Great AREA!!!! OVERALL GREAT!!!! BEST IN THE AREA FOR THE MONEY! VERY CLEAN!

Dont get me wrong, there wasnt some horrible experience here however, for $100 you have got to be kidding me. I've stayed in nicer motel 6's for half that cost. This was NOT worth the money. We spent half the night chasing the spiders and beetles in the room down, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the half the ceiling in the "closet" was missing. Not to mention the electrical fire waiting to happen with the plugs every where. Things wee plugged into different things and none of which were on a power surge. We will NOT be returning here. This place should either cut its rates in half or shut down - gross.

As a motel, it met expectations. Location is OK. The air-conditioner is fairly old -- it would be hard to sleep if you need the AC on whole night.

Quiet, but nothing special. Best feature is that it is next door to Bedford Farms which sells excellent Ice Cream .

The Bedford Motel is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. I need to be IN the town of Bedford, when I am there. This is the best location, and the best VALUE, for the money. There is cable t.v., clean rooms, including the bathroom, great climate control and wonderful staff. Since it is a small (Mom & Pop) operation, the only changes, which I would propose, are probably NOT practical. I will stay at his location , again, It suits me, very well.

This hotel was very unpleasant. The front desk was very unfriendly. I called ahead and asked if I could check in early and they said yes. When I got there, though, they told me I couldn't because the previous guests had not checked out yet. I had driven over an hour to get there and was not happy. The room smelled moldy and stuffy, half of the outlets didn't work, and the bathroom was so gross I used wipes to "shower" instead of using a real shower. That's pretty bad. The hotel backs up to what looks like a junk yard, with broken down cars and trees coming through the fence. The previous guest had stuffed a tissue in the peephole of the door, so obviously, they thought this place unsafe as well. We were so creeped out by the place that we slept with the lights and TV on! There were even bugs flying around the room (flies and mosquitos), which we were eventually able to kill. We had been sightseeing in Boston for hours and ready to relax at the hotel, but since we hated it so much and was scared, we preferred to go out again, just so we didn't have to be there.

I needed a place to sleep overnight in the Boston area. This was out of the way but the price was affordable. Desk staff was able to sign me in, but it was all very no frills, and I read in someone else's review that it was not there 24 hours--[...]which is a serious problem if you plan to arrive late. The building is poorly maintained but passable. Shower grout was a little grungy. Tiles in closet ceiling had a several inch gap revealing empty space above that who knows what was above--I decided not to use the closet, which at least sealed as a regular door. Sheets and towels were clean and lock seemed to function, though scratches on wall suggested evidence of some sort of prior event. In all, it's a pretty safe town so that didn't worry me overly, but it shows poor upkeep. Had fridge and microwave that I didn't try. Came with soaps and shampoos. Phones were an extra. TV functioned and had on-screen guide, but I tried a couple of movie channels and it tried to tell me I didn't have that service, as if it was household service--not one of those hotel cable services. Heat/cool through one of those in-room all-purpose boxes that has hi/lo cool and hi/lo heat and fan all in one box, mostly making lots of white noise. I felt better sleeping with the light on, for some reason, not something I'd do at most hotels--whether a Hyatt or a Red Roof. There was in some sense really nothing wrong with this motel per se, but it was really just the rock bottom minimum you could get by with. I didn't like the place much, but it did its job for one night. I was glad to be out of there.

Staff was extremely pleasant to deal with, no problems checking in, room was clean and comfortable, bed was not the most comfortable but I find most hotels/motels have uncomfortable beds for my taste, location was nice, peaceful

I like it alot, I can park right outside my door, VERY quiet and peaceful. The icecream dairy is right next door. just steps away from alot of nice shops and stores. every one there while walking around was very nice. Not like in where you have to fight to cross the streets. Here its very nice. We will be back
