The house worked fine for us. No real complaints. Some minor comments; the listing cites a fireplace and a balcony, it did not have those. It is an active, somewhat noisy location. The listing acknowledges that and I wasn't bothered but some might be. Kitchen is new but for a house this size should have a dishwasher and more cooking pots and pans, plates, glasses and cutlery. It was a bit meager. It only has enough for 6 people. Laundry included was limited to two washes using coins. That wasn't made clear in the listing. My bed was fine but some felt theirs were a bit hard. Can't please everyone.

The host was very prompt and responsive, the only thing I didn’t like and I don’t know if it is a VRBO policy or an individual host policy is that when the listing states it can hold up to 13 people you find out when you go to do the booking that that price only includes up to six people, and you have to pay extra for any other extra people I find that very misleading not really sure who’s responsibility that isAlso, there were no mirrors in any of the bedrooms which I found odd but someone said a lot of owners don’t have mirrors in the bedrooms for fear of breakage not sure if that is true, but it made it more difficult getting ready as then everyone has to use the bathroomHost was lovely and friendly and very conscientious

The property is located beside a busy road, so there’s a lot of traffic noise. The area isn’t great—more like skid row. The house feels worn down, and it looks better in the photos than in person. The beds are very low to the ground, and the bedding consists of thin, poor-quality blankets. On the positive side, the host was quick to respond..

Easy alAccess to Boston Area

There were five of us staying at this location and it offered the space and amenities that we needed. We relied on public transportation the entire stay, and had easy access to bus and train lines. The space had ample rooms, beds and baths, which was the primary reason we elected to stay there. Jenny was responsive to all my questions prior to the stay and she provided timely information that we needed for easy check-in and checkout.

visiting Boston with family

good place to stay for family of 6 more. clean property. if you are travelling with elderly or disabled person - than it tough for them as you to get to climb stairs. Other than that, it was quite neighborhood -it's not the richest neighborhood area. But it's peaceful. C store right opposite to the apartment building. local restaurants near by - doordash . Only issue is the laundry room is in the basement and its coin operated. But overall its good property to stay.

1 Woche Boston zum großen WM Sportevent

Schöne grosse Wohnung gut für kl Gruppe oder Familie geeignet. Kühe gut eingerichtet, großer Kühlschrank. Self Check in hat bestens geklappt. Guter und schneller Austausch mit Jenny der Besitzerin. Immer sehr hilfreich. Distanz und Busverbindungen zum TD Garden waren etwas weit und die Verbindungen etwas unregelmäßig.Gut Voraus planen. Bus-, Zug- u Metro Pass genommen für 7 Tage, auch für mehrere oder weniger Tage möglich zu einem Superpreis! Sehr praktisch. Empfehlenswert. Danke Jenny und Boston.

Good option near Boston

The Good: The apartment is very spacious and well-furnished, and is pretty close to the city proper. Check in and check out were easy, and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. The Less Good: Taking public transit into Boston was not convenient, the WiF didn’t really work (cell service was fine though), there were some cleanliness issues, and someone on the street was playing very loud music very late into the night. Overall: A good option if you need this much space near Boston, but not the best experience I’ve ever had.
