Just off the kitchen is a mudroom/lounge sitting area and a large closet with the washer and dryer. The private backyard is fenced in with mature shade trees, fire pit, a concrete bar on a stamped concrete patio. This space is perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a long day. The one car garage is a few steps away from the house.
