"I was checked into a dirty room and, when I went to front desk, I was sent to a guest services that had me waiting over an hour because the person who assisted me didn't provide the appropriate guidance to rectify the situation.
They offered a deep clean of my room. Housekeeping stopped by but didn't do the deep clean, instead a quick wipe here and there. They offered to change my room the following day but I was only there for 2 days so that offer didn't make sense. They explained that no refund or discounts could be applied for the inconvenience so I was stuck with this situation and eager to leave.
Bottom line, my vacation started off on the wrong foot and I was only there for 2 nights so I barely got to enjoy my time there.
As I explained to the staff, this will be my first and last time vacationing here. "
