We've stayed here before, just one night at a time to break up a trip. Generally very nice and fairly reasonable in price. Excellent no-additional-charge breakfast. Only negative is that the last couple of times through the woman on the desk in the morning is very grumpy. If you're going to be in the hospitality industry, a little smile occasionally wouldn't go amiss.

Being a Senior I was expecting a Elevator. None Available. Nice place.

I was tired and needed a place to stay. The person(s) above me were making noises, walking, and moving furniture or luggage. Not a lot of insulation

Hotel was clean and quiet very close to the center of Bishop. Drive was not too far from Mammoth. The breakfast was decent. Will be coming back to this location for our trips to Mammoth.

Very helpful staff. Excellent bed. OK breakfast. International clientel.

This place is an overpriced dump. Dirty, small rooms, terrible Wi-Fi service. A great Gym that is not accessible. I can't believe I paid $108 for this , when I could have stayed in a motel for 1/2 that price, and probably would have sacrificed nothing, or bitten the bullet and spent the extra $$ to stay in a real hotel. I travel to Bishop on business every 3-4 weeks, but will never stay at the Best Western again.

Great staff, nice hotel. The only issue was the wifi was weak in lobby and unusable in room. Also, the TV movie channels and some other channels reception speed were unable to keep up so the movie we tried to watch, the sound and picture would blank out every few seconds.

My only remark on this place is that its called 'Holiday Spa Lodge' and it conspicuously lacks a spa. There was no sign of a jacuzzi or any evidence that any has ever existed on the property. Other than that, it was better than most BW's I've ever seen, clean, freshly renovated (apparently) and comfortable if a little noisy. The only staff I interacted with was at the check-in, and he was polite and efficient, although utterly lacked a sense of humor and had a kinda creepy twilight zone vibe. I'd stay again.

I spent one night here in January on the way back from skiing at Mammoth. It is in the middle of Bishop, and close to the Shatz Bakery. The room was large, clean, comfortable and with very nice furniture and appointments, including refrigerator. The breakfast included the usual continental items, but also hard boiled eggs and fresh waffles; very good. It was well worth the price and I will stop again.

We stay for one night, it was ok, everything clean, and the people nice. The thing is that they say they had a "spa" and this is just a jacuzzi, not massage or other thing.. but it was ok

Our stay was very nice! You can't beat waffles for breakfast and a hot tub after a hard day of skiing the slopes of Mammoth. Large rooms and friendly service rounded off a great trip.

Very good.

Sufficient for over night stop in the area.
