This house never should’ve been offered. The welcome instructions were incorrect. The door code was incorrect. After an hour going back-and-forth with a contact host. We finally got a code to get into the house. Once we got in the house, there was no heat downstairs. there was no Internet, therefore no TV. After several back-and-forth phone calls and AI generated responses of telling me they were bringing people to fix the heat and the Internet, nothing was ever done. They kept on telling me that somebody would be there to fix the Internet. Filing on Friday they offered another place to go to which didn’t have enough beds for the group. Then they offered a 10% discount which is a joke and that we had to go out to eat every night instead of staying in and watching football games. The house had broken faucets, broken window windows, and truly looks like it’s about ready to be torn down. So again, why was this house even on your list? Do you not inspect houses before you put them up on your website? I want a response to this and I want my money back.
