Very clean easy check in food on site good.
The unfriendly of the staff when i register into the Hotel and also the charges that they impose on me for parking at the handy cap parking and I'm a handicap person, $12.00 dollar parking. I been stay in this Hotel for the last 4years but after this issue i will not stay any longer.

There was nothing about this experience that was pleasing, this is not a luxury hotel, it,s nothing differant then a road sied hampton in, bad.
I like the easy axes to everything, Easy in and easy out.
I had an EXCELLENT stay at this property!! The whole front end staff was amazing! My son lives in Bham and I was there for a 4 day visit! I WILL be back!!!
We were welcomed at check-in by the evening manager, Nelson. He went out of his way to make sure everything was just right for our family. He was very hospitable. Hotel was lovely
My room was beautiful, lovely view, and the staff were phenomenally kind. The ladies at the front desk in particular were very friendly and made my first trip to Birmingham that much warmer. Also, Khaja behind the bar is a QUEEN!!! Tell her i say happy birthday :)
Only a few blocks from UAB! :) If you have treatments or are popping downtown for another reason, this is the place to stay. Lots of food options within within two blocks.
Very courteous desk staff helped us look for landmarks to find hotel. Dinner was quite nice
The hotel is fabulous. It’s very clean and modern and parking is convenient for $10/night. I would definitely stay there again.
the property was brand new, bed was very comfortable, the decor was fabulous-each floor had a touch of the city; staff provided top notch service
Very clean. Great room. Only down fall there was the cable was outbso I had no TV to watch during my stay.
After checking into high priced hotel to my surprise there was no Cable TV service. Not to mention service at breakfast time was slow and unorganized.
