The room was dirty. Sheets had black stuff on them. There was mold and dirt in corners of room. The bathroom was nasty. The people staying next to us got in a fist fight right in front of our door and my kids were scared.
Room had bugs and room not clean.
Not much to like Honestly Truthful.....working A/C unit and comfortable bed....other than that not much else. Outdated location with working in progress conditions getting done by the lowest bidder rehabilitation crew... Disgusting "Green Lagoon Pool" that maybe the Creature from the Black Lagoon would enjoy but certainly not humans unless you don't have any "Standards"!! Rinky dinky and I'm unimpressed....the staff was fine and had Southern Hospitality but this doesn't make up for less than adequate surroundings. TV was grainy and downsized from original with half-assed repairs done throughout room and property....."Ducktape" anyone?

The rooms was cleaned ok. The sheets were hard. The towels were horrible. Lobby and breakfast area were clean. Breakfast was small, no fruit, no muffins or bread. And you couldn’t take your food to go. Overall, it was just ok for price. Probably won’t stay there again.
The staff were rude i got in at 2am the lady would not allow me to check in I had to sleep in my car and she wouldn’t even let me be park in the parking the pool was closed

Only one person in office at any time, so service is slow. Room was basic but acceptable.
Had to ask for things every day - soap or shampoo or towels. Motel didn't offer DECAFE coffee and that is shameful. Comfortable bed but no working vent in bathroom Smoking room right adjacent to our door and it came into our room -yuk!

Iron had black tape wrap around cord. No extra roll of bathroom tissue. Had to call office to request roll. Had packs of coffee and no coffee maker. Not enough bath towels for 3 paying quests . One of wall outlet not working.
The room smelled the smoke too much. The covers are too thin. They had no iron in the room. Not enough of towels to take a bath. Had to cover up with cover that smelled the smoke too much
My room was just fine. With just a few little touches, this property would be every bit as good as much higher priced rooms (nothing really in particular). The staff took great care of me, ensuring I got a taxi for the next leg of my travels.
Housekeeping came in to clean the room while we were still checked in because there was no ability to identify that you did not want the room cleaned like other hotels have. when we returned from visiting friends, we found that personal items were moved around and I had a tub with tobacco in it that came up missing. When I addressed the issue with management and the problem we had with our key card needing to be reprogrammed, she did not seem to care and the only thing she offered was a lot of useless excuses. I will sleep in my vehicle before I ever rent a room here again. Oh and their "HOT" breakfast was not!
Reserved a NON smoking room on the ground floor, got there at 9pm they had put someone else in our room. Upon opening the door it reeked of smoke, burn holes in the bedding and ashtrays on the desk. After lugging all our stuff up the stairs I wasn't about to move again so we sucked it up. We were short on hangers, front desk said I couldn't get any until the next day when another department came in. Around 3am the people in the next room decided it was a great time to argue and slam doors, another call to front desk asking them to call the police, 30 minutes later as the fight moved out onto the main walkway and parking lot we called front desk again and were assured SHE would talk to them, no police still. Next morning the coffee pot wouldn't stay on, at 7am I called the front desk to see about getting another and was told those were not available until 9:30 when yet another person came in. I get in the shower and there is black mold between the tiles and pink mildew on the shower head. The free breakfast consisted of powdered eggs, greasy sausage, gravy that was the consistency of water and biscuits that would have broken a tooth. Luckily they had cereal which is pretty hard to screw up. I wouldn't stay there again on a bet, it was TERRIBLE!

Please let me know what is your room # so I can see on your reservation our property is not downsized also we are in process of renovation also we are changing our pool system from chlorine to salt water system we just put new system on Wednesday it does takes one week to remove all chlorine from 30000 thousand gallons to slat water system we don’t have any complaints from any other guest regarding TV Thank you for your review and we appreciate your business

Dear guest, We are sorry that your experience was not great, our breakfast is a full hot breakfast ranging from eggs, sausage, biscuits gravy, fruits, pancakes etc. I am shocked that you thought otherwise. Our linens are professionally washed and will look into why you felt the linen was not up to standard. Thank you

Dear Guest, We are sorry that there were some misunderstandings on your reservation. 3pm is our check in time for any reservation that made in your case you arrived to check in for a reservation that was for the next day at 3pm. sometimes this can get overlooked when individuals make reservations. Pool hours are also form 9am-9pm and its closed at night. We do appreciate you staying with us for 4 nights after you were checked in.
