Great place. Convenient to shopping

Start with the staff. Upon arrival, the intake agent was inexcusably slow (over 30 minutes for one reservation with two rooms to check in). One room our party had was acceptable. The second was completely unacceptable. The carpet was badly stained. One of the lamps didn't have a shade. There were no "hooks" next to the shower, so you had to leave your towel across the bathroom (or on the floor). However, the real issue was safety. The deadbolt on the door didn't engage. It appeared the strike plate was the wrong type for the lock. Then, the extra latch (that all hotels have) was actually broken so we couldn't use that. Anyone who had a key-card to the room would have been able to access the room with us in it. There were no other rooms to move us to, so we ended up literally piling furniture against the door, hoping it would alert us if anyone tried to enter as we slept. The following morning, when we went down for "breakfast" - all the chairs were still up on the tables. We had to take down 4 for us to use. There was coffee, juice (although the orange juice was mostly water) and a few different breakfast sandwiches to be heated. However, there was only one slow microwave. By the time a crowd gathered, the wait time for one person to another was unacceptable. I travel extensively for business (although this was a personal trip), and this was one of the three worst hotel experiences I've ever had - with the worst part not feeling safe as we slept. Unacceptable.

Ubers and Lyfts cannot find the property due to having to travel down a dirt driveway that you have to make a U turn in bad city traffic just to be able to see it. That was ridiculous. The elevator was not functioning properly and was scary for me as I suffer from anxiety. There was hair in the tub, and our carpet was wet.

Very nice receptionist the only thing is that they didn’t have any extra toothbrushes.

Clean and good breakfast. Getting in and out of the location can get a little difficult during rush hour.

Had a wonderful stay , staff was very nice and helpful especially Mrs Debbie she did the awesome breakfast in the morning , lots of places to eat and shop , will be back

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a little hard to find how to get IN to the hotel from the road. The best part? It's close to a great outlet mall! I recommend staying here.

My wife and I were impressed with the cleanliness and the condition of this hotel. For the money, is was a great value.

Clean, quiet, breakfast was good. Parking a trailer was no problem. Would recommend.

This hotel was comfortable,clean, and fairly reasonable pricing. The complementary hot breakfast was delicious. Very friendly hotel staff. The hotel is close to Gulf Islands waterpark. This was my second stay at this hotel and at each stay I was satisfied. I would recommend this hotel. The only complaint I have is getting to the hotel from the highway.

Nice and clean new like hotel. Beautiful rooms, pretty quiet and private. Great continental breakfast. Getting in and out the parking lot is kind of a pain but worth the hassle.

The hotel was nice, comfortable, and quiet. I was disappointed that there was no pool, but that was an oversight on my part. The only gripe I had is one of the front desk staff did not tell me thank you after she gave me my room info. However, the other young lady smiled when I asked is that it? and said thank you. Breakfast was fantastic!

The room was clean minus the giant roaches in the bathroom. Also we were locked out/ in of our room, because maintenance couldn't put a lock on properly . P. S . Avoid room 214.
