They repeatedly had issues with billing the correct card and then solved it by billing both cards on file thus double billing me. The manager did fix it quickly once I brought it to her attention though. Most of the front desk employees were extremely unhelpful and rude. Only one was only unhelpful but atleast polite about it.

The room was terrible. The bathroom was definately not clean. Hair on the floor, and the tub was dirty. The stairwell smelled like a urinal, so apparently people can relieve themselves where ever they like. Due to the fact we had our dogs with us, i went and purchased cleaner and cleaned it myself. We kept them crated becuase we disnt want them walking on the floors. I would have thought with Covid-19, the hotel would have made a better effort in disefecting the room for there guests to feel safe. We chose this hotel because it had a 4.1/5 rating on a few websites. i will definitely never stay there again.

Noisy, kids running through hallways knocking on doors. Teenagers smoking marijuana in the stairwell. Beds were not that comfortable, had back spasms for the whole 3 days there. Hotel sits in near an airport, planes come across the top at different times. The breakfast was the best thing about this place.

Pros: Very nice staff at front desk. Always greeted us when we came down for breakfast. Great breakfast every morning! Nice quiet atmosphere and never was disturbed while sleeping. Will definitely book my stay with Clarion again in the furture. Cons: Coffee pot is provided but housekeeping never replenished our coffee packs. Clarion states they change bedding every 3 days but we discovered our bedding had not been changed for the 5 days we stayed. Housekeeping cleaned and made our beds but never replaced bedding. Pool could stand to be maintained a little better. Water was cloudy and debris was found floating in water.
Only thing I had a problem with were the AC needed cleaning. Other than that our stay were great. Nice area convenience to stores. Great hotel great breakfast bar. Will stay again and again๐๐๐๐

Since we are one of the very few properties that still have smoking rooms, some websites do not advertise that, so when the reservation is made you are selecting a room type but it is auto-selecting smoking or non-smoking. We always try to correct this issue when brought to our attention by guests, so we hope you informed us and we were able to correct it.
