Amazing stay. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful ! Room very clean and lovely. Ideally placed for visiting this beautiful city. Very good for all amenities and a wonderful and varied breakfast available. Good choices for the dinner menu to which is in the hotel.

Great accom central to everything, breakfast was great the staff were brilliant this is a good spot to stay. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean and well maintained. I found the vibe very relaxing and the staff very accommodating. It was a hotel that I would recommend for Berlin.

When you get all 4 of your group saying how much they liked the choice of hotel, you know you have done a good job! And they weren't saying well done for nothing. This hotel was great. From the really friendly welcome from the reception staff on checking in, ensuring we had everything we needed, making recommendations and offering to make reservations, we all knew we were in safe hands. The room itself is a bit smaller than expected but it was still comfortable and the quirky décor, lighting and furniture, helped ease the concerns over the lack of space. Also the great news is there was a kettle with tea and coffee, which is always a sight for dry throats. One of the interesting points in the room is the glass shower, which you can see through into the bedroom, although, your modesty is covered by the décor on the glass. Although we didn't stop in the morning for breakfast, we did stop in the bar for a nightcap or 3 every evening. The bar staff were friendly with a personality and the prices were as expected - town price + a premium for being in the hotel. The hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk from Alexanderplatz station, and for those looking for a traditional Beer Hall there is one literally 1 block away!

Spent 3 nights at Hotel Indigo for a weekend break - what a lovely hotel. The rooms are cosy but adequate with all facilities. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in and we appreciated the separate duvets. Had dinner in the restaurant on our first evening which although pricey was absolutely gorgeous. The range of food available for breakfast was vast and really tasty. A wonderful hotel in an excellent location with lovely, attentive staff. Did have a room overlooking the main road and the trams but the noise was not overly bothersome.

We arrived at lunch time to find that the room was ready for us to check in to. Room It is not too spacious but enough. The bed is 2 singles with a mattress topper. We were next to the tram lines, so if you are a light sleeper this might affect you, but this didn't bother me and I had 3 very good night sleeps. The TV has English channels, but quell surprise its just the news. I managed to get one film in English, but couldn't do it again after that. The bathroom has a big shower, towels changed every day. Room spotlessly cleaned every day. Location is great- 5 minutes from the station and very central for the tower and shops. The transport is very efficient, the best I've ever used. My partner had 1 beer in the hotel which cost 7euros, but that's hotel prices for you. The hotels toilets downstairs are very clean and have "bird song" music playing which I thought was quite nice. A downside was one of the lifts wasn't working and sometimes when waiting to leave our floor to the ground floor it was not stopping at our floor and when it did, it was full, so it was frustrating. I found the rooms to be reasonably priced, not too expensive considering it was a central location.

Good location Room good size good view but is a bit noisy due to trams - they do provide earplugs Room had minibar no prices so hoping it’s complimentary like the other hotel indigos we have been in Good shower although the bathroom may not be to everyone’s taste as glass wall from the room makes it visible to see in shower we are a couple so not a problem :) Did not eat in hotel so can’t comment

My wife & I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Indigo for 2 nights during a weekend break to Berlin. The hotel is ideally situated with its great transport connections and surrounded by a variety of shops & restaurants. The staff were all very friendly, our room was modern and clean and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Would definitely return.

This hotel got recommended by British Airways holidays for a weekend break. We actually ended up staying five nights in total due to problems with out BA flight. The staff were very professional, the hotel is well located, food good, decor really nice and rooms brilliantly laid out, all for a great price. Highly recommended

Location is great, few steps of tram station. Five minutes walk to Alexanderplatz, where you find all kind of restaurants, shoppings, and train stations. Staff members are friendly. Rooms are noisy but they provide you with earplugs. TV has very few channels. The main issue you may face is calling the front disk. If you try to call the hotel for any reason, especially at late night, you will not get an answer. The call will be transferred to the main reservation center who will ask you to call the hotel directly again.

Stopped here over New Year. Staff are helpful, rooms are pleasant, breakfast is plentiful and the location is really good. 5 mins walk from Alexanderplatz station. As others have said you can hear the Trams pass by but it wasn’t an issue. Would certainly stay here again if visiting Berlin. Hotel bar was quiet both times we were there and can’t comment on the restaurant as we didn’t try it.
