HI! Me and my father had a great experience during our dinner at the restaurant! The waitress, Astrid gave us a top service! We can really recommend the meat dishes and the environment in the restaurant is really nice. All the best, Fredrik Thor
Hotel was spotlessly clean, room and bathroom were lovely. Staff were friendly and our room was on 7th floor so had a good view. Hotel also provided free shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, moisturiser and you could ask at reception for other necessities you may have forgotten. I asked for a razor and they gave me one for free. Location is in the centre so less than 5 minute walk to all public transport, shops and restaurants.
Stayed 3 nights. Room very small but perfectly formed. With open window Our room was a bit noisy with passing trams. No BBC or ITV channels only cnn for english speaking. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom very nice with a powerful shower. Breakfast spread very varied with good quality breads and eggs bacon etc. Really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived around 2pm and had a good cheap lunch in a place called Wandel directly opposite the hotel.
I've stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in November and i had a great time. The room are small but very clean and have everything you need, also they are beautifully decorated! The staff are professionals and extremely friendly, i especially liked Maria from the reception area that gave me goods tips on places to go to. .The breakfast is a very good spread and the restaurant has good food as well I will definitely come back again!
Sleep at indigo for 1 night it’s was very short but have to say that they are very professionals . Room are totally renovated but small . The bed it’s a little bit small but correct for 1 person . The me reception in the reception was very cool he upgrade me for a deluxe room , he find for me a restaurant to eat( it was very late at night ) he make sure I’ll ne wake up at time . Really a good service , the room are maybe small but the service great and it’s the important thing !!! Bravo .
Entering this hotel and being welcomed from such a lovely girl as Monique is priceless. This is the perfect receptionist that follow you since the moment you enter until the end. She explained me everything was supposed to about the hotel always with an endless smile and then she gave me the key. She also helped me as i was not able to swipe the key (but i discovered days later that we all have the same problem:P) and once i saw the room i was happy to see that everything was in order, clean and spotless. Room itself is not in my opinion an appropriate deluxe especially for the price paid, so probably i wouild decrease the price, but i know for sure that the it's not yout fault if rooms have this size as it's the building structure like this. Breakfast was spotless, there is a wide choice of food, so you can't really complain or at least not me ;) You can also ask to prepare a cappuccino and they will prepare it for you very fast. Staff at the breakfast is very nice, Annika as well :) Dinner was lovely, i had the chance to eat the argentinian meat, and days ago ravioli with asparagi, delicious and Astrid was my waitress, a very nice person, i will never forget her. Not to mention Dennis, the guy who brought me the room service, his smile was endless. That is the way to make the guests happy, i felt welcome here and they made my holidays!!! Kind regards Davide
The bar in the Indigo Hotel, White Five bar & lounge was exceptional. The staff was very attentive even when it suddenly would become packed. One day during my 2 week trip the trains/buses etc were all suspended for a bad wind storm and the bar was extremely full and at no point did anyone lose their cool or become frustrated with the customers. I would like to personally thank the following individuals who made my experience so great. In no particular order the following bar staff individual were absolutely awesome and made my trip. Daniel - Astrid - Marcel - Dennis I would like to express that these folks were some of the best staff I have ever encountered in my many travels and I highly recommend stopping in some time to try the 'Hendricks Orange' drink. My new favorite cocktail. Thank all of you sooooo much and wish you all nothing but the best and next time I am in Berlin I will stop in to see you all. I stayed at the Holiday Inn which is attached and has access to the bar so not able to review staying at the hotel, but if the staff is half is good as the bar your in good shape.
We throughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was in the heart of Alexanderplatz and it made the city of Berlin so accessible by U-Bahn and S-Bahn. We flew in to Tegel airport and caught the TXL straight to Alexanderplatz and only 5 minutes walk to the hotel. The teams do go past the hotel and can be heard when the windows are open but we had a room facing Alexanderplatz and the Berliner Fernsehturm Tower and had no issues at all with the noise. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and the service was impeccable. The rooms were clean, modern and the shower lived up to expectations. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit.
The location is excellent but the double room we got in the 6th floor was tiny. No space to open a bigger luggage! Service was friendly, breakfast good but very expensive and the cleaning did work well. The hotel itself is very quiet and you can't hear anything from the corridor or other rooms but the trams operating just below the windows are making terrible noise continuously from very early morning until late night.
We had the pleasure of a 3 night stay at this Hotel in october. The staf were friendly, helpfull and did a very good job making us feel welcome. Our room was clean and modern. We had a problem with the AC, as the Hotel had switched to wintermode, but the staf gave us a new room with the possibility to have the windows open for fresh air. The breakfast was very nice and serving time was perfect. There is also a good restaurant in the Hotel serving quality food and beverages. The location of the Hotel is perfect, situated close to Alexanderplatz. From Alexanderplatz you have the possibility for reach all over Berlin with train, tram and busses. I can highly recommend a stay at Hotel Indigo Alexanderplatz.
