The hotel maintains charm and grace. its small but with all of the amenities of a big Western hotel, but with definite Chinese characteristics. I have stayed here many times, and I have never been disappointed. Its close to the Metro system and near all of the major downtown Beijing tourist sites. ...
We had a king bed, which was fabulous. The room had more than enough space, the bathroom was kept clean. The hotel lobby was tidy, we had great time during happy hour at the lobby bar. The only downside I encountered was the Women's bathroom where the sauna is located. Unfortunately the bathroom ...
Great experience - from the time we walked into the lobby we were treated well by polite, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast at the Kerry kitchen was one of the best in the world ! Highly recommend - we will be back !!
I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff was very attentive to their guests even those who did not speak much English, effort makes a huge difference! Hospitality wise I felt like I was well tended to as my room very clean and comfortable. The location was also very convenient!

This trip is mainly to visit Universities in China. This hotel offers a convenient location for this purpose. Overall this is a very comfortable hotel to stay. A large lobby area is good to meet a group of people.
This hotel is really top-notch. Its better than any Crowne Plaxa I ever stayed at. It’s really nice, everything was clean, good breakfast, the club for elite members upstairs was so-so. I was upgraded to a suite and the hotel must be some one of their newer properties. It was gorgeous. Literally zero complaints. Maybe the Internet was a tad bit slower than usual. Other than that I loved this hotel a lot.
It was an incredible hotel to stay! It’s locstion was great and the concierge went out of their way to mail post cards, get us cabs and also exchange American currency to Yuan. Breakfast was a bit pricey but it was a remarkable set up. Our room faced the atrium which isn’t bad because it kept our room quiet and the cleaning staff was amazing. We would love to stay there again if we visit Beijing again.
The hotel is very attractive and we felt very comfortable during our 4-night-stay. The room was spacious and very quiet. Complimentary water everyday. The breakfast option is amazing. If you book a day ahead you get a discounted rate which is very reasonable given the plentiful choices. Very stylish lobby, breakfast room and wonderful rooftop bar with awesome lounge music. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Beijing.
