Great experience - from the time we walked into the lobby we were treated well by polite, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast at the Kerry kitchen was one of the best in the world ! Highly recommend - we will be back !!
European themed structure in the middle of Beijing. We had a junior suite and it was roomy, very clean with TV in both the bedroom and front room - no fight over CNN or that other ...program. Hexagonal interior with a glass atrium and quiet. Didn't seem half full but we liked the serene quietness. ...

Staff was exceptional. Got in late Jill working at the bar made sure I had food and was happy. 24/7 food and drinks left my jacket in the lobby and they found it for me the next day, all was well, shuttle worked great runs every 20. Again great staff. Tattooedmom xoxo

This hotel is really top-notch. Its better than any Crowne Plaxa I ever stayed at. It’s really nice, everything was clean, good breakfast, the club for elite members upstairs was so-so. I was upgraded to a suite and the hotel must be some one of their newer properties. It was gorgeous. Literally zero complaints. Maybe the Internet was a tad bit slower than usual. Other than that I loved this hotel a lot.
This trip is mainly to visit Universities in China. This hotel offers a convenient location for this purpose. Overall this is a very comfortable hotel to stay. A large lobby area is good to meet a group of people.
